Location is walk away to attractions, great restaurants, tours, and bus terminals. Further, the hotel is sparkling clean and reception attendants are accommodatijg and prompt in providing requests e.g. electric water heater.

The hotel owner and staff are amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. I had a great view of the city from my room. The Flamingo hotel is a small hotel, but definitely worth the stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The hotel is located in the old town. Upon arrival at the railway station in Tbilisi, we ordered a taxi. Taking into account traffic jams, we drove for about 30 minutes and paid 15 GEL. Whereas it was much faster and more convenient to get there by metro, which is located at the exit of the station on the left. Go 4 stops to Avlabari station. You need to buy a card from a machine for 2 lari and put money on it. 1 fare - 1 GEL. From Avlabari station there is 1 stop to the station. Liberty (this is the center), 2 stops to the station. Rustaveli Avenue. If you have arrived or are departing from Tbilisi, then bus number 337 from Avlabari station is also very convenient, travel is also 1 GEL on this card, the ride takes 30 minutes, the bus runs every 20 minutes. When you arrive at the hotel for the first time, you may be a little frightened by the ruins nearby the hotel (old buildings are being demolished), but this is a mere trifle, since the location itself, proximity to the center, to the metro covers everything. The hotel itself is wonderful. The room fully matches the photographs. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator, gel, shampoo. The beds are comfortable. Next to the hotel, on the street to the left, there is a wine store, and in the basement there is a small cafe with 4 tables. It's called Gamorjopa. There is also a signature dish with this name, very tasty. But the widely advertised khachapuri on a skewer did not make an impression at all. Within walking distance is the ascent to the cable car, travel on which can also be paid for with the same transport card one way for 1 GEL.

We lived in this hotel at the beginning of November 23. Very good hotel, excellent location. We arrived from the airport by bus from the stop, 5 minutes on foot at a leisurely pace. There is a 24-hour store nearby and all the attractions, the area is excellent. We checked in a little earlier, the room had an amazing view. Everything was clean, convenient and included a hygiene kit. If we suddenly decide to come to Tbilisi, we will only live in this hotel. Special thanks to Manana for her work and hospitality. A wonderful hotel, small, cozy, with good repair and furniture, all amenities in the room. Excellent location, in the city center, very close to the metro station "Avlabari". Polite and caring staff, thank you all for your work!!! I recommend this hotel, we have only good impressions of our stay.

In August, my friend and I spent a vacation in Tbilisi. We lived at the Flamingo Hotel on a quiet street in the center of the Old Town. Found it on the Ostrovok website. The optimum ratio of price and quality. Convenient location, Avlabari metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Within walking distance are the historical sights of the Old Town, a park, the Peace Bridge, etc. Nearby there is a cafe where they cook delicious food, but if you wish, you can cook in the common kitchen in the hotel, where there is a microwave, stove, and dishes. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. Very friendly staff: Christina, Manana, Igor, fairies of purity Nana, Lena, who created a warm homely atmosphere. We are grateful to the hotel owner and his wife. We really liked everything. Thank you for your care and attentive attitude. We recommend the Flamingo Hotel.

The most beautiful view from the balcony of the 3rd floor - mountains, old Tbilisi, Narikala fortress. A small cozy hotel, clean. Plumbing, air conditioning, electric coffee maker, Wi-Fi - everything is in normal working order. There are sanitary accessories, linen and towels are clean. At night a cool breeze from the mountains, slept well with the windows wide open. Very quiet, no flies, no mosquitoes. This is a hotel on an old street of the Metekhi district, around there are still old houses, a half-ruined church, 5-10 minutes walk and you are at the metro, and if you go in the opposite direction - Europe Square and the monument to King Vakhtang Gorgasali. Special thanks to Manana and Kristina for the warmth and sincerity. I will definitely come back!

I would like to share my review of the Flamingo Hotel in Tbilisi. We were there from February 19 to 27, 2023. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of all the iconic attractions; there are also grocery stores, banks/ATMs and currency exchange offices, a bakery and, most interestingly, a monument to the heroes of the film, MIMINO! The hotel itself is divided into 2 blocks, there is a separate dining room, a kitchen where there is everything you need for cooking, the rooms have: an electric kettle, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, beds and a table. The staff are friendly and helpful women who warmly helped with any issue. With all the other advantages, there were disadvantages: 1. very high pillows, it is difficult to sleep. 2. creaky beds - 3 people in a room, it is difficult to fall asleep with such a thing. 3. repairs for several days under the balcony from morning until evening, even on Sunday - it was simply unbearable. If such problems do not bother you, then you can safely stay in this hotel.

Good afternoon, dear travelers! Stayed at Flamingo Hotel in July 2022. Were a family of 4 people. My husband and I have a 21 year old son and a 13 year old daughter. The hotel is located very well both in terms of walking distance to the historical part, and in terms of transport, near the metro, Avlabar station. We were offered a room with a balcony and 3 beds. The bed linen is clean, the room is cleaned on request, the garbage was offered to be thrown out on their own. The hotel is clean, very hospitable hosts and manager. There is a kitchen with everything you need, an ironing board and an iron for everyone, you can also ask to wash clothes (this is a paid option) and a clothes dryer, you can park your car for free, but it was not always possible to take a seat. In general, we recall with pleasure the time spent in Tbilisi and at the Flamingo Hotel. Would love to come back again.

Распрекрасный отель, чудесные, радушные администраторы Манана и Крестина, хозяйка приветлива, добра и заботлива. Ощущение, как буд-то побывали в гостях у близких родственников. Семейный номер на 3-м этаже с прекрасным болкончиком и видом на горы. При бронировании пожалуйста обращайте внимание, что в отеле есть номера с общим санузелом и будет вам счастье. Мы, к сожалению попали в Тбилиси в пасмурную, холодную погоду, но это никак не помешало нам гулять по городу и наслаждаться его теплом и красотой. Тбилиси очень душевный, красивый город. Радушные люди. Вкусная еда и, конечно вино. А ещё, жители города очень любят животных. Собаченьки и котейки все упитанный, на улицах везде стоят миски с едой и водой, животных кормят, любовь к животным - прямой показатель доброй, светлой души! Очень надеемся вернуться вновь.
