Tannum on the Beach Motel is close to the beach. I used to stay here for work years ago and it had a magnificent view, unfortunately not any more. The trees in the park between the motel and the beach have grown to such an extent that what made this location fantastic in the past is all but negated, however its not the fault of the owners..... The motel itself looks pretty much the same as it did when it was built back in the 80's but has been updated with wall mounted TV. Still has a very low useless pelmet above the main bed that one crashes one's head into if laying down enthusiastically.... The room wasn't cleaned during our two nights stay or the milk replaced, not sure if that is the norm but a minor issue. Still a worthy place to stay and I would stay there again...

Owner was lovely - she was very accommodating and so friendly! Rooms are great for what you pay and super spacious. A little outdated but very well-kept and really clean, especially considering pets are allowed. Would definitely stay again ☺️
