Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

It's pretty good in general, but hope it could improve in service and some other details... It't my first to have 3 person living in one room, so I booked with notes as well as the paid breakfast for 3 person, but they only have everything in 2 sets. Also, my own new toothpaste was gone right after the first day(and my teeth is sensetive to use others), I felt really bad without their any further solution. Hope they could improve soon and don't let others down any more.

New hotel, clean, breakfast good, room was so spacious, pools was integrated with the apartment, check in also smooth, parking area wide enough. Nice..!

Hotel baru nyaman dan kids friendly bngt. Ada cooking class juga krn acara 17an. Highly recommended!! Bersih dan luas utk family.

Went for staycation with my sisters and our kids. It is a new hotel so every corner is still brand new. Love the interior, but sadly the shower drainage was a bit clogged so our bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and we loved their waffles. We were there when long weekend so the hotel was packed with families with kids. They only have 2 lifts, meanwhile they have rooms from 8th to 21st floor. You can imagine how packed the lift queue.

Friendly and professional staff at the reception and room service . Arrived late in the evening and was upgraded to larger room . Thx . As a returnee guest , I found that the service at the restaurant as improved since my last visit . Now is fair enough. The facilities like the pool and the gym could be better , but it is understandable that the hotel is more oriented for the meetings and events .

Nice hotel. Quite famous with locals to spend their weekends. Only 2 lifts available so might need to wait a bit during peak time. Room size was great with balcony. AC works well and water dispenser available outside hall. Staff was nice check in and out was swift. Breakfast was good with nice food selection and egg station.

Good location as it's quite isolated from the chaos in Jakarta. Room is one of the biggest you can find here and the service is good. The Downside is the lack of amenities. Overall, it's worth a stay.

The hotel is like 5 star standard. The breakfast is so good with a wide variation of food. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the reception are so polite. Ms Fitri at the reception is very friendly and helpful. She helps to settle the activation of my esim card when the data connection fails. Overall good experience and we will stay at this hotel if we come to jakarata again.
