The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

Very nice location, front staff is very kind. Room cleaning was forgotten two times. Room cleaning staff don't say hi when we met them in the hallway. Pool is very good. Better and cleaner than other hotels nearby. Direct acces to the beach is nice too. Pool restaurant could have a better menu ( Dusit have Taji Grill and Tabu bar)

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

The view was really great and it was so nice. My wife and I were so happy. We decided to visit again when we have another child. It would have been nice if the price was just a little cheaper.

One adult and two children stayed in a double bed with sea view. Unexpectedly, the hotel added an extra bed so we didn't have to share a bed with the older child. The room has a balcony with a leisure chair on the balcony. The hotel does not provide bottled water, but each person is given a kettle and needs to go to the designated floor to get water (I remember there are four floors with supporting rooms with water dispensers, ice machines, microwave ovens, and washing machines). The room is not cleaned every day. I met the housekeeping service twice and she took the initiative to ask when I would check out and whether I wanted to clean. However, she only gave me towels and didn't even change the trash can. Despite this, I still left a $2 tip, hoping that the housekeeping service would take the initiative to change the trash can.

The hotel location (pool and Tumon Beach right next to it, walking distance to the small downtown area with restaurants in front of the hotel) is good, I always see the pool water quality management once a day, the staff is friendly But the breakfast is not so good.. I did it because it was more delicious than other places.. It was disappointing. And every time I had breakfast, the coffee staff or some female staff members were not so good ~~ ! There are lifeguards at the pool and they are all friendly. They cleaned it every day during my 4-night stay and gave me more towels if I asked for them. I forgot to tip one day, but they cleaned it well. Korean staff members are always there. Washer and dryer cost $4 each. I thought I wouldn't have to do laundry, but I used it because my wet clothes didn't dry well. The fabric didn't get damaged and it was okay. They give you a tumbler instead of disposable ones, but it breaks right away if you drop it.

The room facilities are well maintained. Although the hotel is old, it is still comfortable to live in. The balcony is large and comfortable. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, which is very convenient. Unlike several hotels around, smoking is not allowed even on the balcony. I will choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I checked in at 17:15 and was actually told that the room was still being cleaned. We were given two drink coupons and asked to sit and wait for a while... I received the room card about 15 minutes later, but the receipt for the 100💲 deposit was not given to me. I asked at the front desk and received it. Arrived...the interior of the room is average and the bathroom is good. The phone in the room does not work, and there is a layer of gray visible on the armrests of the chairs... The sound insulation of the room is poor, so choose carefully if you don't sleep well. I went to have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and was seated without waiting for a table. The distance between the two-seater table and the table next to me was very close, and I could reach the food from the next table... I left the restaurant after finishing around 9:20, and there was a queue at the door. After waiting in a long queue, I didn’t see such a scene in the three four-star hotels I stayed in a few days ago. The quality of employees varies, and individual attitudes are poor. It’s hard to imagine that this is an expensive, established company five-star hotel…

It was a Hyatt as expected! The location and service were great! I'll stay here again next time!
