The hotel is very far away from the city Center. The instructions are unclear for checking in. But it is cheap and nice.

good location, nice friendly staff which i like it. but no hairdryer no cleanings but it was fine. u just have to ask reception.

The bathroom can't let water out. The toilet sitting didn't fix. Others are good.

I’ve stayed in a few budget hotels over the last two years and this is up there with the best . Old town tallin was a ten minute walk , ferry terminal forty minutes walk and the coach station forty minutes walk . The room was spotlessly clean and the shower worked perfectly . The check in is in the adjacent hotel so no bother . I would like to come back to tallin and this would be my first choice hotel . The room I was in was nice and spacious. A glowing report from me and thank you city hotel

I arrived to the hotel late night to the building shown in the hotel photos.Therr was a writing on the door asking guests to contact the reception which is 80 metres away in order to obtain the keys.So I had to find the reception . Which I did.The girl on the reception was very helpful and friendly.The actual room was ok.The hotel extension building was a bit run down.My room faced the main road which was very noisy.It is ok for just one night because it is very basic

Place was neat and cosy, perfect for the 3 of us travelling! Although one of us had to sleep on a sofa bed, it was still really comfortable! Highly reccomend!!

Nice hotel for a low price, quite a large room, good mattress, snow-white linen, lots of towels. There is even a kettle and cups! A small wish to the owners, so that they write at the entrance that the reception is located in the Von Stackelberg hotel and it would be easier for clients to find.

It was very close to the Old Town of Tallinn, which was nice. The only amenities provided were bath towels and body towels. There were no toothbrushes or tissues. The front desk and the accommodation building were separate, so it was very confusing since I arrived late at night.

I added an extra day to my stay, but when I first checked in I was told to check out first before checking in again, so I thought I would be moved to a different room, but when I asked again on the day, I was told that if I wanted to stay in the same room but use a different one, it would cost an extra fee.

You must be very patient when staying in this hotel to avoid wasting time going around in circles. I took a taxi to the hotel as soon as I got off the plane. The driver took me around and didn't even look at where the hotel lobby was. I got off the car and went around, but still couldn't find it. I went around half a circle and saw a man moving things next to the hotel. He told me that this was the back door and I couldn't get into the hotel. So I went around half a circle and returned to the starting point, checked Google Maps many times, and asked passers-by, this is the correct address of the hotel. So I went around again and found a prompt on a door. According to the prompt, search Google Maps, walk to another hotel, go upstairs, and check in. A girl, carrying a 20KG box, spent nearly 30 minutes in the cold wind. Complain to the front desk why the prompt is so small, why the hotel booking APP prompts to check in at different hotels. I dragged my heavy luggage downstairs again, and the boy was watching next to me, and no one helped. I dragged the box back to the hotel address just now. At about 10:12 noon, the hotel urged me to check out. I said I would leave the room within five minutes and leave my card in the room. I was determined not to go to another hotel front desk to check out with my heavy luggage. She said I had to call the front desk when I left the room. I repeatedly emphasized that I would leave the room within five minutes and asked them to come and check directly. I would not call the front desk again, and they finally agreed. In short, this check-in experience was very bad. The plane check-in also damaged my suitcase.

There was a miscommunication between the hotel and the booking agency, and my reservation was cancelled, but the hotel staff handled the situation sincerely. They were very kind and I would like to use them again when I come back.
