Location is a little far but excellent for quiet escape, super near to a clean beach with soft sand. If you are not sensitive to insect/ small animals sound at night, it can be quite rhythmic to serenade you to sleep. I enjoyed the quiet time at the resort with quality sleep. Room was cooling with just the fan. The rooms we clean and as described. I went during low Season and can see that the resort is taking the opportunity to repaint and repair the place I went to another 5 star resort for a nice dinner and was glad that I picked Bangsak as I don’t have to endure many noises

The room has a very nice design, and it's quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurant. However, the service was lacking. They forgot to have me sign the dinner bill, and the woman at the hotel restaurant called me at 9 PM to say that I didn’t sign it. Additionally, I found baby lizard droppings on my pillow and requested a change of pillowcase. They brought the replacements but didn’t offer to help change them. The location is nice, but the service needs improvement.

Very peaceful and quiet. Good for a couple retreat. The food is generally catered to foreigners but the staff are willing to cook to suit your taste preferences. The restaurant staff are very attentive and good.

If you need peace and the sea, then this is the place for you. Excellent service, beautiful spacious rooms (they have everything you need) and of course, the sea! Very green well-kept territory, large swimming pool and immediate access to the beach. Fine sand, no stones, sunset view. The restaurant cooks deliciously (just not pizza, here they throw ketchup and ingredients on the ready-made crust), but the price is +17%. There is another establishment on the beach nearby, but we were not there.

I went there for the third time. I like it very much because it is peaceful and simple. The room is spacious, the trees are shady, the restaurant staff are very cute and the service is good, as expected from happy hour.

I like everything. This is my second time going back. I have a small complaint about the walk from the room to breakfast, which is a bit far. But overall, it's very good. I recommend it. All the staff are lovely.

The service staff is very good. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is delicious and clean. The bed is getting old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Give it a 9/10. The bed is broken and the bed is uncomfortable.
