It’s quite far away from the main road, and no restaurants or cafe nearby. The hotel itself is pretty nice, spacious room and welcoming staff. Love the fried chicken at the pool bar.

The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the amenities were complete. It wasn’t far to walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast was okay, though there were a bit too many Indian dishes. Overall, everything was great—it was a very impressive my experience.

The hotel is beautiful and good view. The location of the hotel is quite deep but it is private.The hotel's breakfast was okay, but not very delicious

Everything is perfect, especially service from all staff members. But some room needs to be checked for plumbing issues. Otherwise everything was going to be really perfect for guests. 🩵🩵🩵🩵

Its a beautiful hotel but the beach isnt really worth at, at least during the rainy season... I really loved the gym and the sauna. Truly a great way to enjoy a nice vacation.

Hotel was lovely and rooms good size with great amenities. The beach very quiet and nice location for a quiet holiday. The service was ridiculously slow. We were charged service charge for any drinks ordered and told to wait to collect them rather than be delivered to us. Not sure how you can charge service charge for no service. The reception staff were not helpful when I wanted to use my Accor loyalty card and they said that points could not be added for the stay only the drinks as booked through Trip.com. The. When leaving we were not able to add the points for drink and food purchased. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for each drink and any food ordered at the beach bar. It was a joke

There was a noise from the room next door after midnight. I have tried to call FO by using the phone in the room but the phone is not working. So, I call to the resort by using my mobile. I was informed that the phone in the room is not working but seem like staff doesn‘t pay attention to this information. He only said, he will inform the room next door and hangup the phone

During our stay, we noticed a few service issues that we’d like to share for your improvement. For example, the receptionist is usually the first impression of any hotel. As Thai guests, we naturally expect polite and respectful communication, especially the consistent use of “krab” when speaking. However, the receptionist only said “krab” once, at the very end of the conversation. It felt unusual, and we weren’t even sure if he was Thai. This small detail made the interaction feel less warm and professional than expected. Another issue we experienced was with the à la carte dining. We placed our order and waited for 40 minutes without any update or communication from the staff. When we finally asked about the delay, we were told we’d have to wait another 30 minutes. Only after that did the staff consult with the manager and offer us some food from the buffet, but at that point, it was already quite late and there weren’t many other dining options nearby. Ms. Bowy, the Restaurant Manager, kindly offered us a cocktail or some drinks, but what we really needed was food. She later offered a 20% discount for that meal, which we appreciated, but the whole experience was disappointing. Lastly, during breakfast, we understand it was a long weekend and the hotel was likely busy. However, since occupancy can be anticipated, we believe better preparation could have been made—both in terms of staffing and seating arrangements. When we mentioned the crowd and the wait for a table, the staff simply said, “You should come earlier for breakfast,” which didn’t feel like a very helpful response. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and setting of the property, but we hope these comments help in improving the overall service experience for future guests.

My room is pool excess 1.Room is good look is clean but all bathrooms amenity is al onl request no set up in side. Am stay at hotel on raining season but no have umbrella in room. 2. Breakfast just soso food is cold low quality but not same another Pullman Hotel in Thailand ( ABF price 750 THB.) Is no value of paid. 3.Front desk staff Date 27 -4-2025 time about 07.45 until 08.00 Pm. Am back from outside but have Raining to much, am ask staff ( women) do you have umbrella?, She answer : So sorry we don't have it.But i see have 2 umbrella hanging near the front desk. 4. Bell All staff is good s smile and great all time keeps friedly. 5. Eng. Good standard. Am back from outside have raining time, am walk back to my room 8.... The door can't open because low battery after use my mobile phone to contract front dest Eng.staff running to flash and open it for me.Total am waiting in 9 minutes is very good of standard. Suggest All floor corridors of guest rooms can be have the phone for contract or information need help with Front desk is better..
