房間非常乾淨整潔～（藍色被套很好看很温馨） 老爺爺會非常耐心仔細地介紹房間設施以及周邊的景點，每天早上還會有一杯免費的咖啡☕️每天出門時爺爺奶奶都會親切地在玄關打招呼祝玩得開心🥰 高山真的很美很美！不會忘記一推開門就見到被雪覆蓋的一切時的驚喜～希望有機會能在其他季節再來一次！這幾天很冷，而且天黑得很快，每天差不多七點吃完飯買完零食就回來了，然後泡泡公共浴室的温泉，超級暖呼呼 唯一有一點點不太方便的是離車站有點遠，還要爬一點點坡，但離丸明很近，走幾分鐘就可以去排隊等啦！ 真的是非常温馨美好的回憶🫶～

Location is very convenient. Amazing front staff, very helpful.The room is big enough for the families .They even drop a sweet welcome note for us upon our arrival.Helpful host.They guide us the places to visit nearby and a day trip . Dine/kitchen room has all necessary items.Showe room are cleaned.you can find all the relevant information on the walls. Overall all very happy with the stat at OUKA . thanks.

I was surprised that the room was large and there were many bedrooms. When I woke up in the morning and opened the window, I could see the autumn leaves of Kokubunji Temple and ginkgo, and it was delicious to brew coffee and drink it. It's nice to be able to spend a lot of time with a large number of people. I could use a bicycle, so I also cycled a little. I would like to use it when I come again.

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้โซนเมืองเก่าที่คนถ่ายรูปกัน เดินไปนิดเดียวก็เจอเลย ตำแหน่งที่พักจะอยู่ด้านบนเนินติดริมถนน ต้องเดินขึ้นทางชันๆไปไฟจะเปิดก็ต่อเมื่อเดินผ่าน ขับรถ+ฝนตกก็เลยมองไม่เห็นป้ายที่พัก จอดเอากระเป๋าลงตรงทางเดินได้ มีที่จอดรถฟรีแต่ต้องขับเลยไปจอดที่ลานจอดใกล้ๆที่พักประมาน 50m(ติดริมถนน)ต้องจอดช่องที่มีชื่อโรงแรมเท่านั้น ลานจอดไม่มีไฟต้องส่องเอา คุณป้าที่เฝ้าน่ารักดี ตู้รองเท้าแปะชื่อคนจองไว้ชัดเจน หาสลิปเปอร์ใส่อันไหนไม่ชัดเจน ตู้รองเท้าใหญ่มาก ห้องอาบน้ำเปิดบริการตลอดเวลาแยกชายหญิงชัดเจน ห้องน้ำรวมชายหญิง ห้องที่จองไปเป็นแบบญี่ปุ่นห้องจะเล็กๆ หน้าต่างกระดาษที่ปะไว้ขาด ไฟด้านนอกถนนส่องเข้าห้องสว่างจ้าเลย ตรงประตูออกห้องก็มีช่องใสขุ่นทำให้ไฟทางเดินหน้าห้องส่องเข้ามาเพิ่มอีก คนไม่ชอบห้องสว่างน่าจะนอนไม่ค่อยหลับ แต่ห้องทีเป็นแบบเตียงเหมือนจะไม่มีช่องไฟลอดแบบนี้(แอบเห็นห้องข้างๆมา)ความสะอาดสะอาดเฉพาะจุดที่ได้ใช้ ส่วนบริเวณหลังตู้เย็น ขาตั้งทีวี มีฝุ่นจับ ดีที่มีทิชชูเยอะก็เลยใช้เช็ดได้ เป็นที่พักที่ราคาดีและโลเกชั่นไม่แย่ ไดร์เป่าผมแรงสะใจดี

Very satisfied. The kitchen is well equipped and I made my own dinner. You can rent bicycles for 150 yen/hour, up to 1000 yen, cheap. The front desk lady is super cute and gentle. There is Maruaki Hida Beef nearby, which is open from 11 am to 9 pm. At 5:30 pm for dinner that day, there was no queue after 50 tables were lined up😂. I heard from other guests that there was no queue at 4:30 pm.

I arrived at the hotel between 12:30 and 13:00, and there was no one at the front desk (not as good as chain or large hotels), so I wrote a note and put it on my luggage and put it at the counter. This hotel should be privately owned, a total of 5 The first floor is the front desk. After counting, there are about twenty guest rooms. Single room, the room is quite large, toothbrush and pajamas are provided, but the bathroom toilet does not have a butt flushing function, the room has a window, and the price is on the high side ~ Compared with the nearby Country Hotel Takayama, the price/performance ratio is not high

A bad hotel in Japan. Due to the temporary decision to go to Takayama during the Japanese New Year, it was hard to book a hotel, the price is not good 👎, the hotel must be booked in advance.

There is a mother-in-law at the B&B who understands simple English and is very kind. She also introduced some scenic spots. The B&B room is large and the environment is very clean and hygienic. But please note that you need to take stairs to get to the room on the second floor. The B&B has a bathhouse, which is subject to a pay-per-use fee. The location is moderate, opposite Kokubunji Temple. It takes about 6 minutes to walk from Takayama Station towards Kokubunji Temple. It is easy to find. From the B&B, you can walk to the Takayama Festival Hall, Kankawa Chaochi, Shimosan no Machi, etc., which is very convenient. There was an incident. I booked a room that included breakfast, but the B&B did not provide breakfast. After that, I returned to Hong Kong to handle the matter. After contacting Trip.com customer service, I was able to get the relevant funds back quickly.

This place was absolute amazing! By far our favorite place from our whole trip. The location was absolutely perfect for the Takyama festival. We were literally right there with shops and street vendors 50 yards away and the parades would have been right there as well if they weren't canceled due to rain. The rooms were humble and traditional and really added to the experience. The tea in the room was exceptionally good and the traditional Japanese breakfast they served was also delicious and fun to eat. We didn't even know they had a legitimate hot spring on site, but they did! They are Japanese style baths so be ready for that, but the water was therapeutic and so relaxing. I cant recommend this place enough and I would absolute make it a point to visit Takyama and stay here again for a few days on our next trip to Japan. They were such great kind hosts. And I cant believe the price, what an great value. Do yourself a favor and stay here. I'm not sure why the other bad reviews are here I read some of them and they sound like entitled stupid American tourists so ignore them and stay here.

It is just a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the day market. Japanese style room in a quiet area.
