Located right next to JR train station. V good location. Nice room with washing machine in it. Has an onsen in the hotel. However, more Japanese Breakfast than international choice. It will be to have more international choice.

Hotel location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Train & Bus Stations, and sheltered. Easy access to go anywhere by train or bus. Hotel has an onsen which is well maintained, clean and very comfortable to use. Would rate it 4* for its cleanliness. The water was not the best compared to the ones at Gero & Shirakawa-go but still very nice to be able to go to an Onsen in the comfort of the hotel itself. The buffet breakfast spread was very good and delicious and so was the dinner we booked for one night. The overall stay was ver pleasant.

Great location just few minutes walk from Takayama Station. Good onsen and service provided Love the room size and the snowy view from the hotel wide window!

The check in process might be delayed due to peak hours but we still have a good impression from the receptionist. The room is spacious and we are able to open up our 2 big sizes luggage. This hotel also offers private onsen (need to book from the receptionist, pay during check out).

This is the second time visiting this hotel, and I had another nice experience. :)

Very nice hotel and great location. I was lucky to have the last parking lot that is not yet reserved. I wasn’t able to try the private onsen because I didn’t book in advance. I’ll definitely book this hotel again if I go Takayama in the future.

Nice hotel and right next to the train station. The public bath was really nice and enjoyable. Having a wachine/dryer in the room really helped a lot.

It is exactly next to JR station and bus station. Very convenience. The room is huge, and there is a washing machine and microwave in the room. They implemented the exo-friendly concept, so housekeeping is limited, and amenities provided in the lobby that you can take as per your needs.

New hotel....cozy and clean... onsen has indoor and outdoor. Breakfast and hilda beef dinner was yummy

Super convenient, the hotel is located two minute walk from Takayama station on the way it is fully covered so there’s no worry during a snowstorm like when I was there. Service was also amazing staff met the guest with a smile and when I didn’t have an umbrella, I was offered umbrellas for loan straightaway for free. The hotel also has its own Onsen and it was very convenient to see it crowdedness through the TV in your own room. There’s also a rest area where you can enjoy the view of Takayama from the top of the building and a foot spa for those who can’t do the full body hot spring which is very good for people.

Just average. Room is Ok but nothing impressed. Breakfast is a joke. No Onsen egg.
