The hotel is clean and the location is great. All staffs are kind and service mind. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Fantastic!!! Situated near north gate, right at the most scenic zone. Beautiful, new and clean rooms. It's got all you need. Good size, with terrace, Aircon, fridge(with chilled glasses), bathtub.Plus room slippers and bathroom slippers, dual sinks, rain shower,, bathrobes, safe, steam iron, water boiler, tea set, humidifier and air freshener... If I would nitpick, I would say the only issue I have is there is only one 52'' TV facing the bed, none facing the lounge... The service is exceptional on top of that 5 stars!!! Would gladly pay double the price...😁!

Amazing location, literally in the middle of the ancient town! The hotel is very beautiful, the room is great and the bed very very comfortable with perfect sheets and blankets, almost like at home. The staff helped me with pick up/drop off of my luggage from/to the carpool point, which I appreciate it as the ancient town is a labyrinth on your own to navigate. I wish there was breakfast, but that's the only downside. Also avoid the bakery right in front of the hotel because yes the coffee is very good but 1 pastry and 1 latte is 50 CNY which is very overpriced in my opinion. Enjoy your trip, you won't regret it. Ps: to the staff I would also like to suggest that it would be better to avoid watering the tables and the chairs outside while watering the plants, because otherwise there are no places to sit and chill outside :)

This hotel is located in the old town Li jiang tourist area. with a unique old building design. although this building looks old but very neat and clean. besides that the staff are mostly young people. and they are very friendly to help us. you need to pay someone to carry your suitcase to the hotel at a cost of ¥ 20 depending on the location of the hotel

There is no complaint with respect to the quality of the rooms are even with the location of the premises. Only nitpicking is with the service. They had a nonchalant attitude. Service attitude should definitely improve. We had difficulty reaching them on multiple occasions. The reception was not manned many times. Other than that, The Rooms were nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious. Amenities were good and modern, considering it's located in an ancient town. The location was good, in the sense that it's approximately 400 meters from the road where you can access taxis/Didi/buses. The location was convenient. Beds are comfortable, and the exterior is also neat. They didn't help much with sightseeing plans or in booking tickets to attractions, again itsa a service shortage.

Location was very good. Not far from the entrance. Easily to find and walk to the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was huge and clean. Recommend to stay and worth to pay.

I stayed here for two nights. It’s a small guesthouse located in the old town area. Large vehicles cannot access the alley, so if you have luggage, I recommend using a trolley. There’s a baggage service at the entrance for about 20 yuan. Most of the staff here speak only Chinese and don’t understand English, so if you’re a foreigner, I recommend downloading a translation app in advance. However, they are very kind, providing warm service and always willing to help with everything, from booking tours and recommending restaurants to suggesting places to visit. Even on the way back, they helped call a car for us. The entrance to the guesthouse may seem small, but it extends deep inside with multiple rooms, ready to accommodate travelers. It’s located in the old town area, where you can walk around and explore almost 24/7. Highly recommend to stay here if you come Lijiang. ♡♡♡

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They bring us to the hotel, and also help us to cater transport. Anything not sure can wechat the boss , he is very friendly and helpful too. Will come back to stay again and definitely recommend family and friends to come.

Very comfy and spacious room for two. The location not too far from the main road, only take about 2-3 minutes walk. The staff were very helpful. They helped carrying our bag from the main road to their place. Free to use washing machine. I booked the 2 days trip to JDSM & TLG also from this hotel. They can arrange all for us.

Very beautiful hotel, located  in the heart of the old town. Clean and well decorated. Has all the amenities you need. We slept 2 nights there but I wish to have more. The view from the roof is amazing.I am sure I will come back someday. Recommend it

Forgot to take picture, only video so i screenshot from my video. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Location 5 mins walking distance from north entrance. I am a little short of breath while walking from stay place to entrance due to the journey is slightly uphill or maybe not familiar with the new altitude area. Overall, the place is so nice and big. Love the room since its at the very end, so the room pretty silent at night, bcus there is quite loud sound from outside during the night. Good service from the staff, always fast respond on wecha*, very helpful. There is also halal food nearby 🤗
