Room is a little old and the room is also quite small but you cant complaint because the prixe was at a lower side.. Overall still ok for a short busineas trip

1⃣️We checked in at midnight on New Year's Eve. There were many people in the hotel that day. When we arrived, the gate of the hotel parking lot was closed because it was a new car. My friend got off the car to communicate. The front desk said that the car was full and could not be entered. I was asked to park somewhere else and arrange it myself. I got off the car to ask. Free parking is a service provided by the hotel. If the parking lot is full, the hotel should provide corresponding services. I have encountered many full hotels and this is the first time I have encountered parking not allowed. In the end, there was still room for parking inside, which was very unsatisfactory! 2⃣️When booking a room, I used points to exchange for a room upgrade, and the order was in the state of confirmed room upgrade. The front desk said that there was no room and it would not be upgraded. Then the room that was upgraded to the next level on the platform could be booked again. Finally, the customer service helped to deal with it. The service attitude of the front desk staff on duty at night was very poor!

The 0-pressure king-size bed room is really good for sleeping, very comfortable, and the environment is also very good. The facilities are very complete and smart. Although it is a bit remote, there are food and drinks nearby!

The facilities are not good. The first room smelled of cigarettes so we changed to another one. The door of the shower room in the room did not close tightly. The gap between the door and the fixed glass was too large, so the water flowed out when showering. There were strange noises from the ceiling of the room at night. The breakfast was not good either.
