The hotel's amenities were okay and the room was huge although the smell of the room was quite disappointing and for Fairfield not to double check this kind of scenario was quite a shock. The check in was fast and their breakfast option was okay but could be better.

I also packed a bag of fruit before leaving. I stayed for 6 nights. The only bad point is the hotel's air conditioning. The room cannot be adjusted separately. It is really hot. The front desk said that it is unified control of the hotel computer room. There is no way to adjust it. I can open the curtains and open the windows to cool down. But it was a bit noisy to open the window. I couldn’t sleep well at dawn. I closed the curtain and it was hot. Even if I turned off the air conditioner, it would get hotter and hotter. For me who is more afraid of heat, it is indeed a bit uncomfortable. The room temperature shows 29 degrees. , 6 nights, three nights were sweaty and woke up to take a shower, The whole face is dry and peeling, the nose is dry and the throat is sore, and there is blood in the morning. In addition to the air conditioner, the others are satisfied.

I lived once two years ago and felt that it was OK. This time I came to Taizhou to drive for half an hour. The overall experience was good. The facilities and equipment were well maintained. The room at this price was equipped with bathrobes, umbrellas, smart toilets, etc. The breakfast variety is also quite complete. The price comparison can be said to be very good. It is recommended, the only thing is that the glue strip of the shower door fell off and I pressed it back, but the door has a big gap, the shower is facing the door, and the water outside the shower is almost overflowing to the carpet.

The service is very warm and thoughtful. Hot tea is served immediately upon check-in at the hotel, and inquiries are responded to promptly.
The breakfast is very rich, with wonton noodles made on the spot, omelette pies fried on the spot, hot dishes and cold dishes, Chinese and Western dishes. Their rice porridge was so thick, glutinous and smooth that I drank two bowls of it.
Cleanliness needs to be improved, flies were seen at the front desk, and the window sill in the room was dusty.

Compared with other four Yunduli Jiaojiang Gardens, this design is more urban freehand style 🧘 hiding in a busy city, the benefits of avoiding the world and seclusion. Modern aesthetics combined with Jiangnan gardens. The overall style is full of Zen. For the Phoenix Villa with similar style, the overall update is more modern. Whether it is the public area environment or the facilities inside the guest room (full intelligence, projection, double bathtub, etc.) are more than it is to meet the needs of customers, but it may be that many things have just opened. For example, the overall service level and the hotel's supporting services are not perfect.
1️⃣ The overall lighting inside the hotel is dark. There are often many steps that can't be noticed in the dark. If there is no service staff, the in-house guests who are not familiar with the internal environment are prone to slipping or injury.
2️⃣ The shower inside the room has a leaking bug. After communication feedback, it is said that it is a problem with the style of the early designer. The drainage design of the shower room and the threshold are too low, resulting in the problem of ”water overflowing Jinshan” and said that the hotel cannot solve it. The experience is not good for the in-house guests. Easy to slip and fall, and I was not told before I checked in ❓
3️⃣ Brand positioning Jiaojiang Garden Resort Hotel also has a catering section, but the hotel's breakfast is relatively simple and the ingredients and products and services are not good. Compared with the size of the hotel, the breakfast is slightly shabby. The fried buns are simply harder than the soles of the shoes.
4️⃣ Hotel charging piles are available but cannot be charged 🪫 This is one of the most bugs I think. I don’t know if there are some things that need to be improved just opened, but I was not told at the beginning. This is a very inconvenient stay experience for tram guests.
5️⃣ Hotel staff service communication efficiency is low, shift information is not fully interoperable. The first is that we communicated before check-in that our group of seven people need a public area to play (the hotel clearly stated that it can be satisfied and it is also fancy that they have more public areas before choosing their home) But the internal communication efficiency of the hotel staff was low. It took a long time to lead us to the second one. After checking out, something was suspected to be in the hotel, but the feedback said that it was not found (in fact, it was found after cleaning the room and placed it at the front desk, but the front desk feedback said that there was no ❓) The guest made another small oolong in a hurry before driving the car.
For a newly opened hotel, the check-in experience can be played seven or eighty minutes, and the docking staff Xiao Chen can deal with the problems encountered in time before and after check-in. Very nice. Although there are some shortcomings, they can solve them with the greatest sincerity. I hope to give more time. And goodwill look forward to a better experience for the next stay ❤️

I am an old customer of Atour Hotel. I was quite satisfied with Atour Hotel I stayed in other cities before, so I chose Atour Hotel again when I came to Huangyan. I am very grateful to all the staff of the hotel and the aunts in the guest rooms and restaurant for their kindness. When the aunt in the guest room came to clean the room, she found that I had ordered takeout but had not eaten it, so she asked me if I was feeling unwell or had no appetite. I said I had no appetite, and then the aunt in the guest room asked me to wait a moment. When I came back again, she brought a bowl of bean flour and a meat pie, and told me that this was a local specialty of Huangyan made by the aunt in the restaurant for me, and asked me to try it. It was very delicious. When I checked out, the front desk staff was still asking me if I felt better and brought me a bottle of water. I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel again. I booked this Atour hotel to watch Jeff Chang's concert in Taizhou on May 1st. Compared with Atour's usual price of 1k+ per night, this one is a bit high. But fortunately, I am quite satisfied with all aspects. The staff is enthusiastic and they also give breakfast to the children. The hygiene and parking are very good! The key is that the hot water for bathing is very large, which is very good! There are also many restaurants around, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the stadium. In short, I am very satisfied with all aspects! I will book this hotel again next time I go to Taizhou.

The hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are helpful and kind. The breakfast is good and has enough food for foreigners to eat. The coffee is good 👍👍 The Themed sports room has a fun interactive mirror, it's fun to use it for dancing and exercise. The amenities are all good and the bed is really soft and comfortable. The amenities in the room have both English and Chinese, which is really helpful. The hotel offers free tea and that's cool 👍
Things to improve:
The reception staff could learn a few basic English phrases. The sports themed room could be better if it had an extra sitting place (another chair or a small sofa). There is only 1 chair in the room and it wasn't enough for us (I travelled with my husband and son).

RRASHEED CHINAThis hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Rome. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Rome, as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.
We are just back home from Rome and our week stay in the hotel could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Airport by bus. The staff is helpful, we had a very late check in and the man in the reception was so nice and helpful even it was 23:45. The room was spacious and we also booked a room with free mini bar – Fantastic and recommended !! Breakfast was very good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. Want to say a special thank you to all receptionists who helped us so much! We will recommend the hotel to everyone and will return for sure! Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and

The room is large and the decoration style is my favorite. It's very warm. What I didn't expect was that it was prepared for us in the evening. We had a heartwarming late-night snack (hot longan and lotus seed soup, very heart-warming). The breakfast was rich in variety. It is rare to have such a breakfast at this price. There are also various interactive activities in the lobby, such as writing Spring Festival couplets and making candied haws, which is very New Year atmosphere.
