Vienna International Hotel (Taiyuan South High-speed Railway Station) Reviews

This is my most speechless accommodation experience. I arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. The front desk told me that the deluxe king-size bed room I originally booked could be upgraded to a suite. I said yes, but I didn't expect that when I got to the room, it felt very dirty and the bathroom also smelled. I thought I would just stay there so late. After taking a shower, it was past 12 o'clock. I lay on the bed and found that the ceiling was covered with blood. I was scared at the time. I immediately called the front desk. She asked me to take the luggage downstairs and asked someone to come and see. I said it was so late, could I change the room next door? She said no. I could only put the luggage back into the box, change clothes and go to the first floor. They said that someone got married a few days ago and the room was not cleaned after being decorated. It was painted. Then I asked to give me the original king-size bed room, but they said no. In fact, my room had been given to someone else a long time ago, so they pretended to give me a suite, which was actually a routine! Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service attitude was very good. They helped me change to a standard room and went to bed after one o'clock. I was charged 30 for checking out one hour late today.
