We really like this hotel and definitely come back when we visit Taiwan again. It’s cleanliness and the smell once you enter the reception area makes you feel relax.

This business hotel provided free bottled water, coffee and tea and snacks - all can be availed in the common area. However, this business hotel needs renovation on all rooms. The walls are dirty; the bathroom sink with molds. The wall is paper thin - you can hear the occupants next door showering, literally the shower head is at the bed headboard. There are some bugs in the bathroom. The temperature of the AC fluctuates; sometimes the room is so cold and sometimes hot. The toilet flush button shows remnants of scaling - seems like management didn’t bother to have it cleaned or changed. Except for the location, it is not really worth the price paid.

I love to stay here . I will come back again next time

They will get the deposit making an issue about the room like smelly cigarettes etc even if you’re not smoking

Horrible WiFi, couldn’t do anything with that internet at all. Very inconvenient especially I had to work on my laptop

Location is pretty good. Quite and center,plus convenience store near there. Facilities got old. I didn’t want to sit in the chair looked dirty.

I found 5 bed bugs crawling on the bed this morning. I killed them all but one of them stung my neck, leaving blood stains on the sheets. It's not entirely the hotel's fault, as the room probably was visited by some travelers carrying the bed bugs. The hotel should inspect all rooms and chemically treat the room before the next visitor enters the room. Now I have to inspect and clean my luggage so that I don't carry bed bugs into my house.

Clean hotel and good service, the room was too hard to find though like many of these type of hotels in Taipei

The room was nice and the location is great. Lots of things to do within walking distance.

The room is fine and tidy for its price. However, there was no hot water when I tried to take a shower at night
