Conveniently located. Walkable to the busy bustling Taipei 101 observatory area , passing by nice cafes , cosy restaurants and perfumes stores. So much to explore and discover,. The hotel also blended in so well with the historical tobacco factory and the cultural Songshan cultural and creative park which is just steps away. The hotel is unlike the international chains and local commercial hotels. It is unique and full cultural and artistic ambience. It is cosy, relaxing and elegant. Nice break from the busy world.

Great location where the city centre is just a short walk away but its surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Front desk staff and housekeeping is generally very good but service is inconsistent when you interact with other teams.

Amazingly calm vibes with simple, neutral, warm and woody decor. Perfectly located hotel for relaxation with a green park and creative hub just outside, and a bit of a distance, but close enough to walk to the xinyi shopping district.  Lobby is great for just reading, catch ups and even lo-fi business discussions,  Room with Park and Taipei 101 view is lovely.  Bathtub is perfectly sized and bath salts are provided.  The complimentary cakes/snacks, mini bar and amenities are all top notch quality.  I would come to Taipei just to stay at the Eslite hotel for a rejuvenating vacay.

The things that can be improved include a. Service at the restaurant can be quite hostile and when asked for a spoon, the staff asked us to take it from the buffet line instead. b. The location hardly has any taxi and you need to talk abit before you reach the main road to reach more taxis. c. The bathroom did not provide bath salt but this is trivial matter. Other than that, I must say it is a pleasant stay and recept service is commendable.

A nice cozy hotel with great location. The staff were super attentive and ready to offer help to fit your needs. Overall a 6-stars experience!

The hotel is situated near the Taipei Dome but not close to the metro station. We stayed on the 13/F and there was some strange noise from the window at night. I woke up at 3am and asked the concierge to check. They came promptly but couldn’t resolve the issue. It’s probably due to the design of the window.

A very nicely designed hotel in Taipei. Service is great and there is also complimentary snack and drink at the lounge. The bed and pillow is comfy! It was such a good experience!!

2nd time to stay at this hotel, spacious room and attentive staff.

This hotel is barely 5 star on a comparative basis with other 5 star properties in Taipei. Its location is not the most convenient either. The gym is quite good. The biggest downside is the extremely high humidity in the room even with the aircon fully on. Perhaps its air system needs an upgrade?

Taipei Eslite Hotel is a great place to stay for a luxurious experience in the heart of Taipei. We stayed there on December 25th for one night and were impressed by the attention to detail in the design and implementation of the hotel room. The breakfast options were limited, but the food was delicious. However, we were a bit disappointed with the dinner service. As it was Christmas Day, we were informed that the set dinner menu was no longer available as it was past 8:30pm, and we could only order a la carte. Additionally, we were told that our dining time was limited until 9:30pm, which we found to be unexpected for a 5-star hotel restaurant. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel's location and other amenities. The staff were friendly and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained. However, we hope that the dinner service standards can be improved to meet the expectations of a high-end hotel. 台北誠品行旅酒店是台北市中心一家提供豪華住宿體驗的絕佳選擇。我們在12月25日入住了一晚，對酒店房間的設計和實施中的細節感到印象深刻。早餐選擇雖然有限，但食物味道十分美味。然而，我們對晚餐服務感到有些失望。因為當天是聖誕節，我們被告知晚餐套餐已於晚上8:30後停止供應，只能點單點菜品。此外，我們被告知用餐時間僅限到晚上9:30，這些對於一家5星級酒店餐廳來說讓我們感到意外。 總體而言，我們對酒店的地理位置和其他設施感到滿意。員工態度友好，酒店設施保養良好。然而，我們希望晚餐服務水準能夠提高，以滿足高端酒店的期望。

Attentive service and a pleasant boutique hotel experience. Location wise requires some getting used to with taxi drivers requiring directions. Otherwise, a pleasant stay for a business trip
