In room hot spring is wonderful. The public bath is clean and well equipped. There are various types of beverages for guest to replenish fluids during hot spring soaking. Room is clean. Friendly staff. The Hotel Japanese restaurant serves high quality japanese cuisine, especially sukiyaki. 

Highly recommend this hotel, from the moment you step in the hotel they serve you in a waiting room while you are waiting for check in, then send you to the room and offer you all free drinks and masks and fruits, everything is for free. Room so clean and the in-room bathtub is perfect and our 3 years old daughter. There’s playroom and public hot tub in the hotel too. We will book the same hotel next time for sure

A comfort hotspring hotel at great location near new Beitou station. The facilities are modern and cosy, a very pleasant stay to discharge your soul and body. We love this hotel. The only note is the swimming pool required cap and is compulsory.

Excellent location and facilities. Nearby walk to scenic spots and near to Xin Beitou station. Hot tub in room is great.

This new hot springs hotel is marvellous! The room is very spacious, with hot springs bath and very nice amenities too! There’s a mini bar with drinks, snacks and even face masks! Beds are comfy with long sofa to relax! Their hot pot buffet is very good too!

Great for couples and families! This property really exceeded expectations. Room had lots of storage space and a huge table and couch. Both the private and public baths were kept perfectly. Public baths have lots of amenities like sauna, steam room, and even hydrating beverages. We could not imagine a better hotel to end our Taiwan trip.

Hotel is newly opened, less than a year. The deluxe family room is tastefully designed, very spacious. Minibar is well stocked. 😊 The built-in hot spring tub is also nice. It was a very short stay for us. We didn’t even get to try the breakfast as we had to catch our flight early in the morning. But it was a pleasant one. I wish we had another 2 days to explore Beitou better. If we are going to visit Beitou again, this is the hotel we will come back to.

Very new and clean hotel, nice hospitality. Love the welcome snacks and drinks.

Everything is good but breakfast is too crowded and needed to queue for a while for the table and long queue for food.
