Very good and nice and clean !good place

Everything was so so. Not too bad though not too good.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, of a decent size, and presented with a nice sea view. The staff are helpful and efficient, and hotel management is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers visiting Huizhou 10 Silver Miles.

The hotel room is good and the reception services are fast and efficient, the breakfast was good although no many choices. The only problem is that the name of the room does not actually matches exactly with description they have given out, for instance when they use the word "Sea View". The room we got had minimal Sea View. I wish they can indicate that to the customers because I feel their services are good.

24-hour check in and check out, polite staff, and a public space (cafe). The room and bathroom are very clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 1 minute walk to the beach. We also saw fireworks at night!

The room is very cool even without air conditioning. The environment of the community is very good. It is very close to the beach. You can walk downstairs to the beach in three or two minutes. It is very late at night. For example, after twelve o'clock at night, there will be people setting off firecrackers and the sound will be very loud, so go to bed early. Or light sleepers may be awakened

There is a vending machine at the front desk. There is everything in it. Swimming trunks are sold. There is seafood to eat downstairs without having to run far. The beach here is very clean and soft

I come to Huizhou almost every few months, and this time I am the most satisfied with the hotel service. Although it rained for two days and I couldn't play, it didn't affect my mood at all because of such a perfect hotel. The little brother and sister at the front desk were very considerate. When they saw that I brought my child and got a free upgrade to a parent-child room, my child jumped up as soon as I opened the door. It was a big surprise. After staying there for one day, I bought the same model of children’s tent, sleeping bag, night light online... The hotel's hygiene is very good, the facilities are new, the service is first-class, and it feels very friendly. The balcony can see the sea, the floor is moderate, and it is recommended with ten stars.

The beach is just downstairs, the location is excellent. We also upgraded the parent-child room for free when we brought our children, and the children had a lot of fun.

I've been here many times and got free upgrades, and I'm always very satisfied. However, I checked in very late this time. There were no high-rise rooms, so there was a slight odor. The toilet smelled of urine and was not clean enough. I was a little disappointed. I hope more attention will be paid to it.
