The hotel stuff was friendly and nice. Good location , close to convinience stores MRT and bus station. For the room it looks good on pictures but when you look closer old furniture and little bit dusty floor and smell dusty . okay for 1night .

the location is very good .so very near at train station.so very many stores to buy from .the staff arr so nice .they even allow us to check in early without any charges.they clean the room everyday.they change the towels everyday.thank you erin hotel looking forward for the next booking..

Nice Hotel in Taipei, near from MRT Station

The location is close to the metro station. The front desk was friendly.

Good location but does not have to be this hotel since facilities are pretty old.

The location is really good close to 7/11 familymart subway but station ,but the room really old smell and not clean ,front dest open tp 19.00 if ur flight late u have to walk more 5min to happiness hotel ,if u come with out luggage it ok .

I was a great stay near bus station.

I stayed here a few nights in April 2023 and would like to list a couple of pros and cons for future guests! + Location --＞ The hotel was located in the center of Taipei with a lot of good food options (restaurants, cafes, markets etc.,) nearby. + Friendly Staff --＞ The staff (reception and cleaners) where very friendly and any contact with them was very pleasant (check in/check out) - Cleanliness --＞ The room was extremely dirty and the whole hotel had a very weird smell, most likely due to the very old building that wasn't that well taken care of. - Facilities --＞ Most of the facilities in the room had clearly not been upgraded or renovated for 20+ years, in combination with the poor cleaning it sometimes felt that the room was falling apart. The price I paid for staying at this hotel was way overpriced, but I booked pretty late so the options were few. It was still totally okay to stay at the hotel even though the standards were pretty low. However, I do recommend travelers to Taipei to choose another hotel if possible, it was definitely not worth the price.
