The hotel is very close to the train station, only five minutes' bike ride away. There is an Ubike station at the door, and the hotel also provides Gogoro rental services. The lady at the check-in counter provided good service, and you can store your luggage for free before check-in or after check-out the next day. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a Nordic family room that day. The room was spacious and bright, with paper slippers, shower gel and shampoo. You just need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and other personal items. If you forget to bring them, there is a 7-11 downstairs for emergency use. The room is also equipped with a Nestle capsule coffee machine and a Dyson hair dryer with a full set of accessories~ There are also free snacks and drinks in the public area. After 6 o'clock in the evening, there are more salty foods. You can eat directly in the hotel instead of going out for dinner🤣You can also register at the counter to play racing games~ The breakfast is buffet style, with both Chinese and Western food, and they are all delicious. I especially like their bread, biscuits and scented tea of ​​various flavors. It is divided into two time periods so that everyone can have a good breakfast without crowding. The hotel is not far from Chihkan Tower, Yamuliao Market, Confucius Temple, Hayashi Department Store, etc. If you are hungry at night, Cha Mo and Yansu** are both opposite~

I chose this hotel because I knew that the Kangqiao hotel chain has breakfast, afternoon tea and late-night snacks. It turns out that only the Kangqiao in Chikan Tower offers late-night snacks. The breakfast and afternoon tea are slightly inferior to the Kangqiao in Chikan Tower, but The price is also cheap

Very pleased of my stay. Hotel is located in the center of all the visiting points, 2 minutes to Kouhua street, 2 minutes to Shenonon Street. Retired fried squid. Yum yum.

Very nice hotel located in Tainan. Very central, close to all the places by walking. Hotel safe and receptionnists are very professional. Room is ok, but very cheap for the area.

Guests can borrow many things from the front desk, ranging from a dyson hairdryer, charging cables, a guitar, cajon etc. Quaint design and lovely common space area including a laundromat, kitchen, gym and even an in-house library. Foreign currency exchange available at front desk, or the bank next door. The only tiny issue was the musty smell from the sink, present in both rooms booked. Staff had no issues communicating in English. Overall an excellent choice for a couple days in Tainan!

Nice modern hotel / hostel in the city with nice big kitchen and relaxing area (unfortunately on the 3rd floor, without a room key or the help from reception not able to get there). Room was spacious. Toothbrush, laundry etc. need to pay for it. Got a voucher of 50 ********* dollar to spend at the hotel. Very strict with check out time (11am). Got a call at 11:02 that I need to check out. Free water in the room available. Overall happy with the hotel, room and service.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy. The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours! The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to Tainan Railway Station, only 5 minutes by bike. Breakfast and dinner are provided, and afternoon tea (coffee and cookies) are also provided for travelers to use. The service staff in the lobby on the first floor are very friendly.

The hotel room is spacious and well maintained. The hotel is located about 1km away from Tainan Railway station, with about 15 minutes walking distance on the flat corridor outside the shop houses.

The hotel was exceptional for the price! The staff were extremely warm and friendly and a special thanks to Alice, Minnie and everyone else for patiently helping us out despite the language barrier. They also accommodated to special dietary needs (in my case I was vegetarian). The hotel location is excellent, near most of the attractions and Anping too is a short 20 mins bus ride. The hotel thoughtfully provides free bikes for rental, which we used for touring all the nearby areas. The rooms were very clean and spacious as well!
