I feel very conflicted when writing reviews. Why is that? Because I originally booked a family suite, the room is very large and can fit two 1.5-meter large beds, but the rooms are on the third and fourth floors. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell. The corridors were full of dehumidifiers, but they couldn't stop the discomfort in my throat, so I decisively asked to change rooms, and moved to fully renovated rooms on the 13th to 15th floors. There was a complete difference between the two. The hotel admitted that floors 3-4 were old buildings with moisture and mold problems, while floors 13-15 were newly renovated in December last year. That's why I gave the facilities a five and the environment a one, so ladies who have made reservations should pay attention and make sure to book rooms on floors 13-15. Oh, by the way, the brand new room has a problem with the drainage in the bathroom. When you take a shower, your feet will be soaked in water🤣
