Room is big enough for 3. Everything is good except the air conditioner has no heating function

Room looks exactly like the pictures provided. Room is a little dim but that's a small issue. Location was close to lots of good eateries.

Overall good location and clean. But the toilet sewage had some problems and they had no one to fix over the weekend, had to wait for weekdays. We eventually checked out before they could fix the toilet sewage system.

Chosen this hotel as it was recommended in xiaohongshu. Wasn't disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Only the fact that if would to walk from train station will need around 15 minutes. Other than that price is competitive

The location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said "read it out to me". The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, "you which room? you sit here". One morning she came to me "how many people in your room? not 2 person?", I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

Clean and spacious room. Near a few of the attractions in Tainan too. Would recommend it

Best hotel in our Taiwan trip so far, a gem hotel in a superb location. The free bike renting is definitely an added point to the stay! Room cozy & staff are wonderful.

Hotel staffs are super nice and friendly! Hotel location is good to the nearby attractions, clean! Automated toilet bowl and the free bike provided are plus point!

Overall well located hotel, rooms were large, we had a triple room. Breakfast is basic and limited, but that was within expectations given the size of this hotel. Afterall there are plenty of food options around tainan. Only issue with our room 307 was that the noise was really loud when next door room 306 turned on the faucet at midnight. Maybe soundproofing is not so good given these are old buildings. Thankfully my child wasn't disturbed by the sound.

Hotel room size is not very big but decent enough. Simple breakfast set but staff are marvellous, friendly and helpful

Super nice stay in this hotel! The breakfast is so delicious with different variety. The staff are also very helpful in answering questions! The room was clean and equipped with reasonable amenities. There were also welcoming snacks for the stay. One of the staff is from Hong Kong, so Hongkongers should pick this for sure !

I stayed at this hotel last year and left a good impression, so I chose to stay at this hotel again this time when I came to Tainan and chose a deluxe room with a bathtub. But this time I was very disappointed. Even if I opened all the curtains and lights when I entered the room, it felt very dark. The double bed was made up of two single beds, but one of the mattresses looked like it had been damaged after sleeping for a long time. It looks like I slept until my back and bones ached. The bathroom is also dark and dark, with mold visible to the naked eye in many corners. The shower and toilet are semi-dry and wet, with half a piece of glass in the middle as a partition. The shower head is very weak, but both sides will be soaked after taking a shower. , there is no floor drain in the toilet area, so the water cannot be drained, so I can only wait for it to dry by myself; the hair dryer has no wind at all, and it takes about half an hour to dry my long hair. Anyway, the experience of the two stays was quite different.

I've stayed here a few times and it feels like the management team has changed. The texture is not the same as before. Breakfast was very good.
