!!TAKE NOTICE IF YOU WANT TO BOOK!! The address was !!! No. 23, Lane 101, Zhishan Rd, Xitun District, Taichung City, 407!!! I dunno why the boss still not updating as many people already complain the address but still It was good location from Feng Chia night market & there was no lobby staff for it just security staff. So any goes wrong or issues need to contact the boss. The room was average but need to improve the blanket as inside was messed up like a ball, so, need to change it. The bedroom was very very comfortable. The toilet is a bit old for the door & the soap handle already broken down. Overall, it was still ok & reasonable price for budget homestay. We will book again but need more improve the toilet

The location is good near to night market, but I cannot access the location map in google map so it’s a bit inconvenient. Apple map can tho, it’s freaking cold in the room even without AC but overall everything is clean.

The room is small, the walls are thin, and it is easy to have noise. However, the advantage is that it is cheap and located in the alley, but you can get to Fengjia Night Market when you come out. The disadvantage is that the water dispenser is on the 1st floor, and the room is on the 7th floor. There is no other water source in the room except the kettle.

Nice place. Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. You get everything you paid for. It is very convenient to eat at Fengjia Night Market~ It happened to be a road construction, and we didn’t know where the nearest bus station was. When arranging the itinerary for the next day, the lobby manager was very enthusiastic to help us book a taxi at 6 am, so we didn’t miss the time. 😊

The environment is convenient. Parking is available nearby. There is a whole family downstairs. It is very close to the night market. It is very convenient for eating and walking. There is a guard room on the first floor. You need to press the magnetic button to go upstairs. It is very safe.

I didn't see a hair dryer, and the bath towel had a smell, but overall it was OK. It's within walking distance to Fengjia Night Market, and there is a building manager.
