Good location and very easy to locate. Amazing Taal view from the room. Clean rooms. The pool is clean and big. Jacuzzi available as well as Sauna. Unfortunately they don’t have a restaurant to dine in but that isnt an issue since there are many restaurants around the hotel (walking distance). Highly recommended.

We have an overnight stay with my friends and its quite ok. Never use the facilities as have no time. The view is perfect and the ambience is like in Santorini type mood. There is a challenge in going to the room as need to walk a little bit and climb and the steep path. Overall still ok.

Very nice location , BEAUTIFUL view . The pool and service is lovely . You can get a tuktuk to other near view points .

It's was good

We went to Estancia last Christmas Eve and checked out on Christmas Day. Weather was mainly gloomy and rainy all throughout our stay so it was understandable that we could not appreciate the view that much. The only downside of this resort is the poorly maintained facilities and limited food available. Elevator was not working and it was hard for my kid and senior parent to go out too since the stairs were slippery and muddy. Limited food option and we had to drive outside to find restaurants. Place looks lovely, I hope you improve on your renovations.

Stay with our family to celebrate fathers day. The villas are far from the parking area, but it is big and with mountain view. Hence the insects re attracted to the lights so you cant stay at the balcony for long , brcause of the insects. Overall its okay!

Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

If you're seeking a cozy, modern, and not-at-all-spooky hotel, this might not be the place for you. The only positive aspect we experienced was the accommodating staff. Otherwise, I'd suggest finding somewhere else to stay. To be honest, we only stayed for an hour after seeing the place and the room, and then we decided to book somewhere else.

Fairly clean. You can tell it's an old hotel, but still good. Good customer service. Clean outside pool, jacuzzi needs cleaning. Our view was slightly obstructed, but still had good spots to take photos.

The place looks like Santorini but like on top of a mountain where you can see the amazing view of Taal Volcano. The staff are so friendly and nice, we did not have a hard time checking-in. They are also helpful and provided us with great assistance throughout our stay. Will definitely go back.

The place is quiet and peaceful. The view is great, our room is facing the lake. No restaurants but you can still order foods from them with a reasonable price

The hotel staff were accomodating but the building itself is old and due for renovation. I was initially at room 10 but the airconditioning was so low that I requested transfer to another room. Electrical sockets are pushed too far into the wall that almost all was unusable. TV and fridge were outdated that it cant even form ice cubes despite the coldest temp. Batteries for both remotes were not even replaced and had to manually press buttons on the cable and TV. Zumba and other activities that could be accomodated on their events center were hosted on the poolside where blaring speakers didn’t consider sleeping patrons on nearby rooms. Beds were squeaky and some of the frames are falling from their hinges.

Unsatisfied with the following: - reception staff - internet signal

Not worth it to stay. 1) poor amenities and not well maintain, many mosquitoes on the jacussi area 2) poor customer services saying no other available rooms but there still. 3) rooms are very old, door are hard to opn tv are not functioning well, beds at room 19 are broken qith foul smell at the rooms
