The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. We had a great stay here in lake hotel tagaytay. It's also our first time to travel around tagaytay. And they also grant my anniversary complimentary for my parents. One thing that I dissapointed is that our room is not spacious and there's no view at all. I was just shocked during the check-in that the room i booked is standard but i know by myself i booked a superior room. I also pick a double size bed and request to set up an extra bed if not possible for 5 pax . But there's no set up. Thanks for Ms. Camille for helping us to check in and check out however she is not friendly 😁 I can't feel that we're welcome because when she speaks she makes her face poker that's all . And Good service for Niño if I'm not mistaken for his name.he helped us during checkin and checkout and he is also doing mabuhay greetings every time he sees you around and he also offer to take us a picture 😍 good job niño for your good in service you deserve this good review lastly The view is great however it lacks cleanliness for the swimming pool area and the restaurant is boring. Would be returned again if by chance ❤️thank you!!

Good hotel with a great view of taal. Food is okay. The pool is ice cold and is barely swimmable. The restaurant staffs could be more attentive we sat down for lunch and no on entertained us

Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. We stayed for a night with my parents and my little brother. It was a good experience! The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was good and have enough food selections. All in all, it was a pleasant stay for us and we’d definitely come back.

The type of room was so-called grapping in a tent. You can also have a campfire in front of you. We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice. The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast. It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome. I want to revisit just for the restaurant. The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again.
