Cocotel Hotels in Tagaytay

The bathroom was getting clogged after the bath. Games room facilities were dated and not maintained well. The swimming pool was under maintenance from a side and we were provided only 2 towels even though we asked for 3. For everything you ask, it's extra chargeable. Including water bottles we were asked to pay extra, better we bought from 7-11 nearby. Minimum amenities in the bathroom so better bring your own. Except 1 of the receptionists who was helpful and knowledgeable, mostly the staff was struggling to answer our questions properly.

Service was good. Staff was friendly and kind. We didn’t try to order any food so I couldn’t tell anything about their foods. Amenities, we didn’t use any or I don’t have any idea if what they have as there is no information about it. But I like the location, it is very accessible to everything. Plus we were so amaze with the cleanliness of the hotel. Keep it up :-)

An honest review: The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again.
