What you pay is what you get. Luma ung place, may ipis sa buong kwarto. and hindi secured ung lock ng room, madali mabuksan! Great thing is that nasa downtown area mismo.

Counter staff not friendly poor service You should stand up while having conversations with your new guest lazy lady seating while talking with ur guest not appropriate

As always, I alwyas book at this property because of it's location. Situated at the heart of Tacloban City downtown.

Clean and accommodating staff, recommended.

I booked the standard single room which has 2 single beds but they said they didn't have any other rooms so they gave us 1 double bed. NO TOILETRIES. NO WIFI. Pictures online are totally different from reality, the room they gave us was really small. Would not recommend staying here.

The hot shower ia not working.
