Good hotel love the breakfast and room. Everything was very good

The price is proportional to the experience, you get what you pay for. The environment is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, there is a shopping mall next door, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Recommended!

The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the food in the restaurant tastes good, but the service attitude at the front desk is too indifferent.

Very bad experience, early check-in charged for the whole night, this is understandable, why do you have to pay extra for early departure? ? Fortunately, I have a friend in Iran. Otherwise, you will be cheated to death, rubbish hotel, don't go there. Most people in Tabriz are very friendly even the owner of the fresh fruit shop, but this hotel is really disgusting!

The hotel deserves its 5-star rating and is situated a bit away from the hustle of the city center but not too far by car. It is connected to a shopping mall which is an added advantage. The lobby is big with two coffee shops and a central atrium with scenic glass lifts. The rooms on 14 floors. The rooms are spacious with good storage space. There are two sofa chairs with a table, there is also a wide writing desk with a vanity drawer with a mirror. The bed is big and comfortable. Most of the room is carpeted. The bathroom has a medium sized shower cubicle with rain shower, the water pressure is excellent. There are various toiletries and sufficient supply of towels. Breakfast area is on second floor, it is big, the buffet breakfast is excellent with great many food choices. The WIFI is good with good coverage throughout the hotel. There is a door in the lobby leading to the shopping mall. There is tea making facility, but the daily supply of two 500ml bottled water is not sufficient, but it is possible to ask for more. The TV has mostly local channels with few foreign language news channels. There are no drinking glasses and no bathrobe in the room. There is a spa in the basement with a small gym, a medium sized pool, sauna, steam room etc. Like most hotels in Iran, the spa timing is split between men and women. Men timing being usually being between 4-11 pm. The staff are courteous and helpful.

It is a quiet and clean hotel that we loved it.prsure of water was fast but there was not bathtub in the bath which is my favorit,s son. Abot the cleaning every day room would be cleaned and changed towels.it is located in the city center. There is taxi service at 24 hour.

For sure one of the best hotels or the best in Iran. Clean, professionally designed. Comfortable rooms with good service. Breakfast is very good too and lots of options. The only proposal I have is to train their coffeeshop people to be more attentive. If you are visiting Tabriz, do not think about any other hotel. Breakfast is very good

I had a really unpleasant experience at Laleh Park hotel in Tabriz, the hotel gave me and my wife the Kant room instead of the deluxe double room, it’s a luxurious hotel, but it is super poor in customer service. I will never come back to this hotel because it a waist of money.

I had the worst experience ever! The staff are super rude and careless. We paid for double deluxe room and they gave us a connected room with full size bed! The hotel looks good from outside but terrible terrible customer service! Unfortunately this is the only good hotel in Tabriz but I don't recommend it.

It is the best in town but personels needd to be educated more suits are better room cleaning would be better views are great it is next to mall Room decoration are awesome uper floors are better their checking is long restaurant food are not ok waste of money

This hotel in Tabriz is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, I have seen in Iran. For this reason I give it a score of 4. Be careful though; they are 4 dots commensurate with the condition of hotels in Iran and therefore should not be compared with a hotel in Europe or the Far East. Having made this necessary premise, I must say that the hotel is perhaps not a true 5 star but definitely a 4. The suite is beautiful, spacious and well looked after, I would say. Of course then the general service gets lost a bit on some elements that would make me angry if I were in Italy and would make me jump if I were in India or Thailand but I repeat, here we are in Iran. I also saw the direct competitor of this hotel in terms of type and price: the El Goli Pars hotel and I must say that the Laleh Park is decidedly superior in terms of quality and cleanliness, so I am happy with my choice. Breakfast in the morning was terrible as in all hotels in Iran without exception. It's something that always surprises me because in the city the cafes have quality products that can't be found in hotels. But in Iran it is a fact that you have to get used to. The location is not the best at about 20 minutes by car from the center of Tabriz but you can console yourself with a small Mall next to the hotel, very busy, for an evening stroll. Nice staff.
