Fulton County Hotels with Pools

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I was surprised, however at how small the pool was for the size of the hotel. Also, I wasn’t informed of how much valet was prior to arriving and that there was only valet no self parking but overall it was a good hotel stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was really sweet and professional. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and didn't hurt my back or neck, which is unusual for me. The breakfast was good, lots of variety and options and well-attended to by the staff. I didn't get a chance to check out the ”kick back” that happens at 5:30-7:30, but what a nice service to offer! The pool and hot tub were great, as well; super relaxing after a long day of driving. This hotel will definitely be my go to if I'm ever flying out of Atlanta; the proximity to the airport and freeway is great. 10/10 for me

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

Arriving in Atlanta this time, right during the World Cup, the hotel was incredibly busy. We waited about 20 minutes to check in. Because there were so many guests, calling room service was almost impossible; we could rarely get through to a real person. However, for an international city, this is understandable.

Would definitely come again. Good location, close to the airport. Helpful staff.

I can't say it was amazing because, for the price I was paying, I was definitely expecting more. Bathroom had minor stains, pool area floor had some dirt, gym (fitness centre) totally disappointing!!! Had half a dozen of equipment, apart from the cardio ones, the other two real weight lifting didn't work. Service was acceptable, but never anything better than strictly professional. It's a gorgeous hotel though and really well located

When I checked out they didn't tell me where the shuttle to got o the airport was and I waited at the wrong entrance and. missed it - I had to spend 11.00 for an uber＞＞ Lesson learned

Staying at this hotel meant paying $30 a night for outdoor parking. The main issue was the outdated payment system; you couldn't just scan and pay. You had to scan a QR code, then enter a US local phone number for verification, which I had to go to the front desk to sort out. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, with grimy glass curtain walls. Room soundproofing is mediocre, the ceiling height feels oppressive, and the facilities don't live up to the Westin brand image—I even had to ask a staff member for slippers. It's just about acceptable for a one-night stopover.

The hotel is quite decent. If you are taking a taxi for an international flight, don't take the hotel's shuttle bus to the domestic passenger terminal. Although you can also check in, then go through security and take a small train to the international departure terminal. However, there are too many people on domestic flights and it is easy to be late. If you take the hotel shuttle bus, at least three hours in advance.
