The hotel is close to the highway but there is a great neighborhood with the MLK center and good cafes on the other side of I-75. This is within walking distance on a good day) Parking is a bit of a hassle and will add on $35-55/day unless you plan out a place to keep your vehicle on the street. Rooms were clean and, coming from aomeone who is sensitive to noise, the sound of the highway thankfully isn’t as bad as some reviews claim. The hotel’s staff and management are kind and professional, the gym is great, and there are many nice spots on each floor to sit and relax. I would recommend booking at the rate we saw on Trip.com (cheaper than other sites offered)

Really great hotel. Nice staff, big open entry and lobby. The Westin definitely didn’t forget to give everyone their own space, secure parking lot. Very clean look and feel. I could see Queen and King business towers and had a beautiful lake view from my room on the 11th floor. Overall, i can be sure that I’ll stay here again!!

LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

LLynette MitchellThe shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel was simple even though there was Construction. The receptionist at the desk greeted us with a smile and check the same quickly. The room they put us in was very warm and we could not get it to cool off. The AC unit was definitely not working. They said the hotel was booked but they had one room left and they went to check the AC on it before they moved us. Best move we made. The morning breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. There was actually some love that went into serving up food. So thank you too the people who prepare it every morning. Check out was easy. We actually took the airport shuttle back to pick up our rental car and we were on our way with fresh coffee before checkout. Thank you very much for making that super easy and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good, but I really want to comment on Ctrip here. Most of the US trips about this month were booked in Ctrip, and there are quite a few real problems, but it is more worth mentioning that Ctrip's services. 1) It is easy to make a call. No matter when, the call will be answered manually, instead of fooling you like a lot of customer service machines. 2) In Ctrip booking hotels, air tickets and other layers of protection, there will be problems Ctrip will solve, do not have to go and negotiate with those who speak English. People in different countries will encounter various problems, but as long as they are in Ctrip, it is good to call them. Although the ordered products will have unexpected problems, such as this time actually booked a hotel that is not open, but Ctrip has actively changed to a better hotel. Although it has caused inconvenience to myself, it is understandable that I think Ctrip is so far away. 3) If personal losses are caused by the inconsistency of the information on the website, Ctrip will pay the indemnity and will arrive soon. Ctrip's quality service makes our trips very safe and we don't have to worry about problems. Suddenly I found that many companies in China have done much better than the United States. Ctrip is cheering and supporting you.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

YYINGClose to the airport, the surrounding is relatively deserted, there is a restaurant on the upstairs. The food tastes good. You can also sit in paradise and enjoy the plane taking off and landing. The environment is good, but the bills are always unclear and always overcharged. There is a Vietnamese restaurant driving around for 3 minutes, and the price is good and affordable. The room is large and the facilities are basically complete. However, for two consecutive nights, people knocked on the door inexplicably. It is not clear who it is, and it is impossible to open the door.
