All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception!
Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!!
Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

This is not my first time here , I used to be very nicer when it was Thompson , now the service is very bad specially, the guy who fill out the bar inside the rooms he’s very very rude .

Guest UserThe Service was great everyone was respectful, room was very clean and housekeeping was very nice and quiet and gave us everything we need. The cons of the service we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast unless we paid, certain amenities in the room didn’t work, & we didn’t have a microwave. Overall if you’re doing a short stay about a week 8/10.

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

I checked in, alright, but I had to check out earlier than I intended to because the distance was too far from where I was to attend my conference and it wasn't cost effective commuting from there to my conference daily. Unfortunately, Trip. Com says there's there will be no refund for the days I didn't spend😮💨

EranSClean and spacious hotel, plus my room had two big bottles of water for free! However you’d have to pay $59.90(tax inclusive) for overnight parking which is too pricey if you ask me. Also, room services was at my door at 8am to ask the time I’ll be leaving whilst check out starts at 11am (hotel needs to check that). Overall, I loved my stay!

MelMidtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

The hotel selected for business trips is very close to the airport, very good, will continue to stay next time. The environment is also OK, you can have a shuttle bus to Atlanta Airport, very good.
