"For a budget hotel, this one was excellent. The staff is outstanding. At check-in, I was offered a room upgrade at no extra cost. The room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was adequate with plenty of hot water. It had a big newer tv, and enough electrical outlets to plug in all my electronics It's a newer hotel and everything was modern, clean, and seemingly well maintained. It's a short walk to d mall area, and also has a free shuttle if you don't feel like walking. There's a patio area with a nice view of Bulabong beach and the kite surfers which also gets a very nice cool nreeze in the evenings. There's just two things I think they could improve upon that would nake this hotel an incredibe value. Number one is that the wi-fi is very slow. I did a couple speed tests and was getting 3mbps download. The only other improvement I would make is the a/c system. It works very well and keeps the room plenty cool, but it has to be adjusted manually. It's not a remote controlled unit, so if you get too warm or too cool at night, you'll need to get out of bed to adjust it. Even with a couple minor shortcomings, I think this hotel is a great value for the price paid, and I would be very open to staying again."

Amazing
SSoulBattleThe hotel's interior and rooms were spotless, but the pool wasn't quite as pristine as I've experienced elsewhere, like Crystal Sands. What really surprised me, though, was that I always travel with my own filtered shower head, and this is the first hotel in Southeast Asia where the filter remained completely clean and unchanged! The hotel's location is fantastic. The restaurant opens right onto White Beach, and this particular stretch has very little green algae. You can walk quite a way into the sea before encountering any, so the photos were all taken right outside the hotel. Staying here, there's no need to visit Puka Beach or venture out for island hopping. While it's a bit of a distance from the main dining areas on the island, transportation is super affordable; a trike ride is only 15-20 pesos per person, which is a steal. Plus, if you walk about 300 meters southeast from the hotel's roadside entrance, there's an amazing barbecue restaurant that's also very reasonably priced. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I unfortunately experienced some blatant discrimination during dinner at the hotel. One particular staff member was incredibly deferential towards white guests. When we sat down and tried to get his attention, he indicated he needed to serve the white table first. Later, when we were ready to pay, another white table called him over, and he immediately left us waiting to finish serving them before returning to process our bill. There were no 'sorry's, no 'hello's, no basic courtesies whatsoever. I want to clarify that we are always polite guests; we tipped the luggage handlers, housekeeping, and massage ladies, so we're not ones to nitpick. This particular staff member wore a different uniform than the others – black – so I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something else. From check-in to check-out, all the other staff were incredibly friendly, and we reciprocated, but he was the sole exception.

AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees. Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at Henann Palm Beach in Boracay! The beachfront location on White Beach is unbeatable — soft white sand and stunning sunsets right in front of the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing tropical vibe. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is a highlight and perfect for cooling off after time in the sun. Breakfast offers a great variety, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located resort with amazing service and views, Henann Palm Beach is a fantastic choice.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers a comfortable stay with easy access to public transportation since it’s located along the roadside rather than beachfront. The staff are accommodating and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and tastes decent, while the warm pool is perfect for night swimming. There are a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the shower controls weren’t working properly since water still flowed even when the knob was fully turned off. One night, we were woken up by loud guests arguing in the lobby. They seemed drunk from a party and the noise carried as they walked to their rooms, which was unpleasant. The hotel was worth the money and perfect if you’re willing to pay for comfort. While not beachfront, its convenience, service, and amenities make it a solid choice for a relaxing stay.

GGuest UserI was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating. Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client. One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in) What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.

AAdelfa ManalI would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

GGuest UserThank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
