Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 ／ 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

Not a bad place, just desperately needs a renovation. The location is nice and on the lake. The front was polite and helpful. Price is a little up there. Just a little bit out of the way without transportation. But like I said great customer service and very helpful.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is actually OK. Although it takes an hour to get from Gotemba Station to the hotel by bus, 44 stops, every half an hour.
But Mount Fuji is right outside the hotel lobby window. It was a pleasant surprise for me who thought the weather might be bad and visibility was poor.
The hotel front desk guys and girls were quite enthusiastic, but the room service was really unexpected! We stayed for two nights, so the suitcases and toiletries were all in the room, basically spread out neatly. But the next day when we went out and returned to the room, we found that the room had been tidied, but the two pajamas we had put on the bed were thrown on the floor!! I complained to the front desk. The guy said: Sao Li! Room service is outsourced! He will report it!
Then when I took a shower at night, I couldn’t find the facial cleanser that was originally placed with the shower gel. I looked around and recalled that it must have been thrown away by the person who cleaned the room, but why? ? The milk carton after eating was not thrown away?
I complained to the front desk again! A new girl changed. After she understood, she went to the warehouse to rummage around and came out with my facial cleanser. It was only half a bottle. Why did she clean it up? ? There is no other explanation Saoli Saoli🙄
So I couldn't find vitamin B later. I strongly suspected that I was also dealt with. It's not worth the money. Can I call the police? !
So I don't know whether I should recommend this hotel. I don't know if I will go there again next time. By the way, the bathtub can be used for bathing, but the plug at the bottom of the bathtub can't be plugged in. The water flows out. For a moment, I thought that it was not just letting the water flow while soaking...

GGuest UserBecause it was a corner room, it is occupied by Mt. Fuji alone from the room! The meal was never a lot of items, but the seasoning was very good. The soup of the miscellaneous boiling was the best. The room was on the bed by fukafuka and toilet bus, and the public bath was complete and nice. There was one difficulty and there was no key locker in the dressing room. There is a free locker at the entrance of the bath, so the valuables are left there.

GGuest UserMarriott staff welcomed us at the curb side. Check in was painless and soon we were off to our room. In room hot springs was a pleasant touch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even the Japanese pillows were soft and cozy. The food was top notch and catered to every taste. We opted for the dinner package—well worth the money. After dinner we rang for a late night massage…should have rethought that one. Asked for two therapist and got one. She had no clue what a massage was! Seriously!!! She literally poked at me with her finger tips. The pushed my head agains the pillow for ten minutes. Finally was had enough and she was dismissed with her full pay. Noted, she was not affiliated with the hotel, she was merely the lady they called. Please never call her again! Loved the hotel and the view. A must for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

A traditional Japanese-style room with your own floor, a refrigerator and a kettle, and breakfast bought at 7-11 can also be heated in the lobby microwave;
There is free coffee in the lobby, and you can take a look at various promotional travel brochures;
There is a bicycle rental shop opposite the post office, which I didn’t find out until before I left; buses basically run every hour, so you need to plan in advance;
The air conditioning is powerful. It’s very hot in the mountains during the day but cools down in the evening;
There are many delicious food nearby, including Japanese-style Fujiwara, set meals such as Sanenen Paradise, and an Italian restaurant 2km away;
The service is very friendly and you can communicate in simple English; there are also public baths and hot springs.

MMel974The hotel is indeed aging but remains charming! It offers typical Japanese rooms and rooms with beds and all of them are tidy and well maintained!
The manager of the establishment is adorable and very accommodating.
Breakfast is ok! The soup is a treat! Be careful because the restaurant does not offer dinner (at least during our stay).
The only negative point is the distance from the “center” but buses pass regularly (except in the evening!).

GGuest UserRoom is large and spacious, with heaters and warm blankets provided. Bathroom is shared but they are good for the price we pay. We had onsen bath every night and there were only few guests using them. The owners were very polite and helpful. Had a great stay at this place, enjoying the Ryokan bedroom and dining for the 2 nights we stayed.

NNIANNIANThe hotel is far from the village of Yamanakako, and the taxi is about 1,300 yen. Although the hotel can pick up and drop off, the language communication is a problem, the manager is very enthusiastic, but the place name he said in English I don't know where it is, but later I learned that it was in the sun, so we finally took a taxi. I don’t have a shop in front of the village. I suggest booking a dinner at the hotel. It’s still very rich, and the rice is especially delicious. The first floor and the second floor are blocked by trees, and there is no Mt. Fuji. On the third floor, there is a small overlooking attic, which can clearly see Mount Fuji. Although it was very close to the Yamanakako Lake, it was blocked by the dense woods. It went far to the right hand side and found a deserted road. It was only at the lakeside and found that there was a very good walking path along the lake. Unfortunately, it took a while. Knowing how to get back to the hotel, I had to return. Hot springs are average. The room facilities are relatively old, the size is not 16-20 mentioned here, it feels three or forty flat. Once again, the hotel's service is really good, suitable for self-driving friends. The picture below shows the front yard and Mount Fuji seen in the attic.

GGuest UserWe stayed in a triple room with a view of Mt. Fuji. As soon as we arrived by car, the hotel staff welcomed us and helped us carry our luggage. The room is large, and as the name suggests, Mt. Fuji can be seen very close and has a great view. However, I am not good at unit buses, so the toilet, washroom and shower room were disappointing in a small space. I didn't use the shower room because there was a large bath, but I felt like I was forced to install it. I had a special French course for the meal, and it looked good and tasted good, and I was satisfied because I was able to serve it at a reasonable timing. I think it was just right for breakfast to choose * dishes from ４ types. Because it is a hotel that can stay with a dog, the service was gentle to the dog. I think it was comfortable without almost shortage of walking goods and toilet seat adhesive tape floor seats. There are many hotels that have no service to collect pet fees 々, but I think that's okay with Ones Resort. Dog run is ３. It was also good to be able to use it indoor rooftop and outdoor according to the situation.
