Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 / 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.
We are family travelers with 2 young kids and booked the tatami room, however when we reached, we found the tatami room is not the normal tatami style with traditional futons. In website, it’s indicated as “Tatami room (Dog Friendly)”, we thought it’s just a tatami room, but it’s actually the room is dedicated for those bring dogs, so the information in website is a little bit misleading. There is a dog cage in the room and it’s not able to remove.
We booked for 4 pax, only one bedsheet was found in the room, and we have to set up the futons by ourselves, which is not convenient for foreigners.
We feedback to the staff on day 1, after that, they immediately attended to our issues. Here we would like to specially thank Mr. Shekhar Bhandari. He is patient and nice. He helped us change the room on day 2 when available. On day 2, he also provided us a free drinks during dinner.
The food has a few selections. The staff here are polite. Overall, we are satisfied with the service.
”The Day” in Yamanakako The Day Post General Glamping Village I went glamping at Yamanakako ♡ You can see Lake Yamanaka right in front of you 🎵 Outdoors surrounded by nature at Glamping Dome 💓 The ceiling is also high Open and airy ♡ The bathroom and office are located in a former inn and have a retro atmosphere, and you can even wear yukata 🎵 Glamping Dome size: 39 square meters A relaxing night surrounded by nature is very elegant. It's nice to have it 🎵 The BBQ was voluminous with big meats, sausages, and fish ♡ No bath, no toilet (separate toilets for men and women and a large public bath are available outside) 4Bed room Capacity: 2 to 4 people Shared Fire pit (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only) ◉Room facilities ・Internet (Wi-Fi connection) ・Air conditioner ・Refrigerator ・Hair dryer ・Humidifying air purifier ・Kettle ・Kotatsu (winter only) Very mellow water quality as it uses underground water from Mt. Fuji 🎵 is said to be the attraction, and the large public bath warmed my body and felt good ♡

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is no problem if you travel by car.
The design and decoration of the hotel are very fashionable, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see deer, kittens, etc. The hotel has two private hot springs for bathing. You can use it by making an appointment with the staff. The basic ladies' toiletries are all available, and the hair dryer is from Dyson✨
The hotel staff were very helpful and patient. I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆
The hotel is adjacent to Lake Yamanaka, and there are direct buses from Shinjuku and Gotemba. Each room is a trailer, and some rooms face Mount Fuji. Although it is partially blocked, the overall environment is very good, with a bathtub, a sauna, and firewood and charcoal for barbecue, which is a great experience.
This hotel is completely self-service, including check-in procedures. You check in at the machine by filling in the 6-digit number obtained by the reservation, and then the machine will tell you the designated room and door lock password. I booked it on Ctrip Business Travel, but the order did not give me this 6-digit number, so I couldn't check in on site. Later, I called the hotel and communicated for a long time. The hotel sent a guy to help me complete the check-in. It is recommended that Ctrip report this problem to the supplier and solve it.
I could not set the temperature of the shower in the hot spring room. It was too hot and too cold and there was only water. I am troubled. The shower in the room was still better.
It was a nice view of Mt. Fuji from the window.
Lake Yamanaka is popular on a quiet plateau

The landlord is friendly. He showed the flexibility and delivered my breakfast in advance in the night, which enabled me to depart to the Fuji mountain for a long distance and time consuming trail early in the next morning.
Good value for money, the room is simple, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, the location is equivalent to a villa complex in the suburbs of China, there are few people and it is quiet, it is very suitable for people who like to travel on two legs and families who drive here. The hostess is great, she answered all my questions and taught me how to sort garbage. I stayed there for one night and then climbed Mount Fuji. I climbed to the top on my birthday and came back to stay. I came down the mountain to catch the bus very late and didn’t have time to eat. My feet couldn’t walk anymore. The hostess saw that I was alone and helped me cook a bowl of birthday longevity noodles in the middle of the night. It was so warm. By the way, I like the layout of the public area!
