The location is easy to find, and parking is only a few steps away from the hotel door.
The bathhouse closes too early, at 11 p.m., and friends who booked a small room cannot take a shower at night (because the room only has a toilet)
I booked a family room with a bathtub.
There are many choices of baths~ It feels okay
The scenery outside the room is pretty good
Very Good

トトモ アブConveniently located next to Asahikawa JR station. You can easily hop on a bus or train to the zoo and other attractions in Asahikawa. Very clean and modern hotel with a lovely onsen to rest after a tiring day. Staff wasn’t very friendly as I think they had to deal with a lot of demanding foreigners. Overall a good stay and worth it despite the high price
AAnonymous UserI love how convinient the location is. It is basically just outside of the Asahikawa station entrance, next to the bus stations and opposite the Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and it is comfortable. You can rent many items from the hotel for free ex. Pillow, charger, luggage rack... I enjoyed my stay there and have good nice sleep! The price is cheap too. Totally worth it!
If you choose no cleaning service on daily basis, they give you free drinks! I chose Beer and Tea I also love the window that can open and the view from the window.
However, the toilet is very tiny. I feel ”cramep”. I am 160cm and I doesn't feel comfortable to take shower in the bathtub. I almost touch the ceiling. The towel rack is also too tiny that can hardly hang your towel or clothes. Maybe suitable for small kids. LOL. It got ”plastic cracking sound” when I step in the bathtub for shower. The entire toilet feels like a plastic Lego toy ”stuck” to the room. Cute. LOL. Acceptable. I think they should add some hooks in the toilet to hang our items.
The sound proof not sure if it is good. I don't know why you touch or hit the wall it make a huge sound. Like when you take the hanger, it will easily hit the wall board and produce large sound. When you take shower, you will easily hit the wall too. So I always heard those sounds from the next room. Not noises of speaking or music etc but the sound of hitting something. Thank God no noises in the midnight.
GGuest UserThis Toyoko in Asahikawa is really great, the environment is great, and it is very close to the train station. The train station is across the road. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too simple, but there are no other drawbacks.
SS***IThe hotel offers good Onsen hot spring bath and o sauna. The sauna is great but you have to pay 500 yen for the extra clothing and towel whereas Onsen is free. They also give you free drinks vouchers where you can redeem from vending machine.
AAnonymous UserWhen we entered the hotel, the decoration was cute, and although the check-in was digital, we were given a polite explanation, and there was a brief explanation while we were waiting in line. The welcome drink was delicious.
The room was stylish with an unusual layout.
I was not satisfied with the facilities, the refrigerator was not cold. Usually, if you put an ice pack on the top shelf, it will freeze by the next morning, but this time it was a little cold. The drinks were cold enough to be a little warm. Where is the heating in the room when the outside temperature is 10 degrees? You can turn on the air conditioner, but it doesn't seem to heat it... should I have asked the front desk? The hotel's indoor wear was one size fits all, and it looked tight for my husband. There was laundry detergent residue and several white spots. It would have been nice if the toothbrushes were different colors - both were black, and the place where they were placed was not in Japanese, and it was difficult to understand because the word ”toothbrush” was written so small that it was hard to see on the bag.
The breakfast venue had a lot of seats, but it was crowded and we had to wait. It was my first experience waiting for breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast itself was very satisfying, especially the bread, which was very delicious and small in size, so we were able to eat a lot of different things! Breakfast was great! It's expensive for what it is. Overall it was just average, but maybe I expected too much because it's Hoshino Resorts.
YYeelamThe hotel is in such a good location that busy area with restaurants and shops are of walkable distance. The service is good and I especially like the parking arrangement which provides convenience for guests who may opt for in and out of the hotel a couple of times in a day while paying the same amount of parking fee.
The breakfast is really good and the free ramen at night is yummy too.
XXenTravellerSpacious room, children went on the tatami sleeping on the futon. Lots of storage space too and plenty of amenities. Free coffee in lobby was nice and fresh from beans. We rang reception at 130am as next room guests were too loud and they resolved it. Close to JR train and bus station. Happy to recommend.
Hotel tried their best to help make our stay comfortable.
YYICK TONGThe hotel staff is OK, the hot spring is very comfortable, and there is a large shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The only drawback is that I booked the wrong smoking room. Maybe the room was tight and I didn't pay attention. It didn't work to open the window and turn on the air purifier. I wanted to change but there was no room. I stayed for two nights. This is the only hotel that I suffered in the entire Hokkaido trip.
GGnoohThe hotel is huge with many tourists. There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees.
LLiziziIt is very close to the station and is very convenient for people's livelihood.
And the counter staff are very friendly! Able to guide customers with brief English communication, all check-in and check-out processes are smooth.
