There was a small incident in the middle, the room I checked in could not be locked🔒🚪, the front desk quickly helped to change the room, the service was pretty good🌟
The maintenance is average, it is an old hotel of 7 or 8 years, the supplies are still good, it should be one of the leading places in Lu'an when it opened☝️, the bottled water in the room is actually small, which is a little incredible hahaha💧The price of eating in the restaurant is a little expensive🍚

I took my parents on a trip around China and came to Anhui. We passed through Lu'an on our way back to Xi'an from Huangshan. It was a strange city and a strange hotel, but it really surprised me. From the door to the front desk, the considerate and thoughtful service, the special dining, and the rich breakfast. As a person with mysophobia, I felt that the hygiene of the room was excellent. Five-star quality. To be honest, coming from Shanghai, the strength of this hotel is better than one-third of the five-star hotels in Shanghai. It gave our family who hurriedly passed through Lu'an a brief but unforgettable wonderful experience. Looking forward to staying again

It's been a long time since I went to this hot spring... A few friends wanted to go there to relax... Stayed for one night... It wasn't a weekend... There were not many people... Ours was the only villa with lights around... Very quiet... The room was slightly renovated... A new karaoke system was installed... Combined with the original mahjong machine... It was difficult for a few people to choose... The private hot spring was still as good as before... Breakfast was delivered... The quantity was sufficient... The variety was also OK... It would be better if there were some choices for the staple food... I personally like noodles... I don't like porridge... It feels much better than before... I'll go again someday...

Needless to say, the environmental facilities are better than the big-name five-star hotels I have stayed in! It is also quite close to the Sanhe Ancient Town Scenic Area, the breakfast is also good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous.
Facilities: First-class, no worse than five-star big-name hotels
Hygiene: After all, it is a newly opened store, so it is very clean.
Environment: It's quite close to Sanhe Scenic Area, about five or six kilometers away, and it's very quiet.
Service: Very considerate. They upgraded our room for free. There was also an unexpected surprise. Disposable face towels were provided in the room. Although it was not worth a few bucks, it proved that the service was indeed very considerate.

GGuest UserMy family stay with Wanxi Hotel has been surprisingly amazing and far exceed our expectation. We were warmly welcomed and farewelled by hotel crew and it really felt like a family.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lu'An with everything in the arm of reach and the service is wonderful and absolutely second to none.
We missed our stay and will certainly stay here again in our next trip to Lu'An and wish everyone all the best.

GGuest UserAs a five-star hotel in Jinzhai, the air-conditioning host did not open at the end of November. I wanted to take a hot bath and turn on the air-conditioning for half an hour. After looking for a waiter to repair it, the host was not open. After more than half an hour, it was opened. At 2 o'clock in the night, it was a little cold. The air-conditioning host was turned off again. Really crying and laughing. The service standard of the five-star hotel is not ten or eight miles away, and the breakfast is not as good as the previous online. Nothing to eat. Front desk clerk service is good

The room is also very large, breakfast is OK, there is free flower and fruit tea and black tea downstairs, when you leave, you and the baby are connected, to meet the needs of a day of travel, very good!
It is cold, the hotel lobby is cold, the restaurant is cold, you can't take off the down jacket anywhere, parking is really convenient, it is also very close to the high-speed exit, the best choice for a night to pass by here!

GGuest UserI returned to Shanghai on the fifth day of the Chinese New Year. I booked a hotel temporarily because of the traffic jam on the highway until after 10 pm. I planned to rest for a night before leaving the next day. The weather was hot during the day, over 20 degrees. I originally planned to turn on the air conditioner to cool down, but the central air conditioner only had heating but no cooling, causing the room temperature to get hotter and hotter. No one told me. I asked the general service desk and they said they didn't turn on the cooling in the entire hotel. Changing rooms didn't work. They sent a fan over. I was angry. Such a high room rate but such poor service! Bad review!!! I have never heard of a hotel with a central air conditioner that can only heat but not cool. I can't even enjoy air conditioning and cooling in a hotel that costs more than 400 yuan a night.

AAnonymous UserThe arrangement of the rooms were quite confusing although room numbers were written on the walls as guide. I noticed that some rooms weren't chronologically come next to each other. Perhaps they could try rearranging the room numbers / places for easier and faster recognition. They may also opt to put bathrobes in every room regardless which type of room it is as well as add some coffee / tea sachets / sets as some visitors might not have much time or opportunity to go get or buy outside or somewhere. The windows also don't have metal brackets outside for security reasons / purposes. Some lighting weren't even properly working as well as the air conditioning seemed a bit weird, like blowing hot wind and then blowing cold wind a couple of times after (and it's winter season at the time of this writting). Additional English - speaking staff could have also been present for easier assistance for foreigners or expats. These were just few observations / considerations for better improvement but never imply a bad reflection about the place. Overall, it's still a good hotel which is recommendable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The convenient and accessible location of the hotel were also very good points, plus it's by the road or main highway. I would still add this to my hotel list the next time I visit Lu'an again. Thank you!

GGuest UserI came with my friends. The room and the surrounding scenery are the same as the pictures sent by the housekeeper before coming. There is no cheating praise. I like the decoration design style very much. The hygiene is also very clean. The housekeeper told the pool that it was just changed. The water, playing with friends is also very safe, From the outside, the room is basically floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the natural look when you open the curtains in the house. The experience is very good. The butler service is also very intimate. We follow up our itinerary throughout the whole process and help us arrange meals and recommend play. The front desk clerk who received me was very enthusiastic, not only introduced me to the hotel's facilities in detail, but also took the initiative to provide me with local travel advice, which made me feel the warmth of home.
The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly decorated. The beds are comfortable and I can feel the call of deep sleep as soon as I lie down. The bathroom is fully equipped, clean and bright, so that people can fully relax after a tired journey. Moreover, the hotel also provides high-speed wireless network, so that I can handle work at any time, very convenient.

The price is a little bit, the location is convenient, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete.
