The environment is good. The room is big and comfortable. The air conditioning and hot spring are a little disappointing. But there is a bathtub in the room with hot spring water. Children can play there. The price is reasonable. Overall, the price is very high.

It's a very nice hot spring garden hotel with a beautiful environment. The hotel staff was very considerate in contacting me before arriving. If I had any special requirements, confirmed the arrival time, etc., the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was warm, friendly and thoughtful, and the check-in procedure was quick. The room was very comfortable and we had a great time here.

GGuest User😁😁 chosen Hampton again !! My 2nd stay in Hampton, this time I booked a bigger room and was very happy with my choice! Staff as usual friendly and helpful , and I stay at the same level again and was happy to see the cleaning sis again this round!! Although there’s a little bit issue on the 3rd day with my booking but staff solve my issue fast.. really comfortable and nice to have chosen Hampton again to stay during my break! Hopefully the suite room have better offer in future so that I can book it again to pamper myself the next round I visit Donghai!

SSummerLyn19Very clean and nice hotel with friendly and helpful staffs.. Will definately come back again on my next business trip! Going everywhere is so convinent and staffs were helpful to book a taxi for me! Breakfast is acceptable but I hope for abit more varieties. 😊

GGuest UserFor the price, the room was okay and the service was okay. A gecko crawled out of the sewer and I was scared. The hotel handled it in time. I was very satisfied. The pet-friendly aspect is worthy of praise. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated pet floor. Because the door was not soundproof, my dog barked several times and was complained about when I checked in for the second time. It rarely barks in other hotels. I would like to give a special thumbs up to the man at the front desk who wears glasses. He seems to be wearing glasses. His attitude and service are very good. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Some were beyond my expectation... Then the hotel waiter smiled and served me quickly. The room is also very spacious and bright. I often don’t sleep well when I go out. The ergonomic pillow in the hotel is really a surprise. The quality of my sleep improves instantly.
There are washing machines and dryers available, so you don't need to bring too many clothes.
The front desk staff has good service, the cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, and they can collect items purchased online.
Breakfast is average, just fine for two people.
There is no refrigerator in the room, so you can only borrow ice on the first floor.
There is no rental point for bicycles or electric vehicles nearby, anyway, I didn’t find any.
I will choose Crystal City Hotel next time I visit again.

LLaowangshoushouI booked this hotel randomly when I was rushing to Lianyungang during the May Day holiday. The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well. I personally think that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are too old. I dare not touch anything, for fear that it will break into pieces if I touch it. The boss should spend some money to clean it up, otherwise people will think that cheating the deposit is also part of the hotel's income.
