"During my stay over the May Day holiday, I waited for the guest elevator for twenty minutes at breakfast but couldn't get on, so I had no choice but to take the service elevator. It then broke down when it reached the eleventh floor. I reported it to the front desk, and I was quite upset at the time. However, after checking out and already having left the hotel, a front desk staff member chased after me to apologize repeatedly about the elevator incident and even gave me a small gift! That was incredibly heartwarming, and I want to give a special shout-out to the service staff!"

"Very close to Crystal City, or the closest, the hotel is connected to Crystal City, the underground garage and the ground are connected. It happened to be a market day, right in front of the hotel. However, at dawn in the morning, I heard two or three people in an unknown room on the same floor talking loudly, and it lasted for a long time, affecting the rest of other guests"

"I booked this hotel randomly when I was rushing to Lianyungang during the May Day holiday. The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well. I personally think that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are too old. I dare not touch anything, for fear that it will break into pieces if I touch it. The boss should spend some money to clean it up, otherwise people will think that cheating the deposit is also part of the hotel's income."
