They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her."
