From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and assisted with every request. Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room. Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore. Stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 nights whilst visiting Suzhou. Really loved the service provided by the team at the front desk! They were so warm and friendly and helpful, even helping us with storing our bags when we arrived early and also when we asked for extra pillows! They were also really helpful in helping to keep some travel documents for us when we forgot to take them with us when we went out firing the day! Very trustworthy :) The front entrance is really small but the whole look and feel of the place is very cosy once you enter. It's also very convenient to get to shops and eateries! The place is super clean and beds are comfy. Very worth it for the price paid for the 2 bedroom suite which allowed our family to stay together. The 2 bathrooms was also a plus so that everyone could wash up faster at the end of the day. The boss of the place was also very helpful on proving suggestions and warnings of what we should avoid when we went out in the morning. He also gave us some local mochi (which was very yummy) and a couple of boxes of local snacks when we left! Overall would definitely stay here again if we ever visit suzhou again!
