The staff upgraded us to a better room when we arrived early as our booked room was not yet available. Nice of them. Fantastic and modern hotel with all required amenities and great location. Service by all staff was excellent, they even invited us to be friends with them on WeChat so that we can ask them any questions including recommendations on food. Gave us good recommendations. When i lamented the lack of coffee, the staff immediately gave me 2 bottles of Starbucks coffee! For each day, they gave us additional bottled water for us for our day's outing. Only downside is that there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer which is understandable as it is a boutique hotel. The voice controls work only in Mandarin even though there was an English option.

Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. This is a large hotel with plenty of rooms, all of which are quite spacious and comfortable, never feeling cramped. Amenities: The hotel generously provides five complimentary bottles of drinking water daily, along with free Coca-Cola and Sprite. Service: The front desk staff were very responsive. My only suggestion would be to ensure more staff are available during peak hours, as it seemed a bit understaffed then. They were also very quick to replenish room amenities. Thoughtful Details: Many small details were exceptionally well-executed, truly showing consideration for guests. For instance, unlike the sharp-toothed combs often found in other hotels cutting costs, this hotel's disposable combs have rounded teeth, which are much gentler on the scalp. Location: There's a convenient noodle shop right downstairs, and next to it, a fantastic duck blood vermicelli soup place that's both delicious and affordable. The subway entrance is just 50 meters away, offering super convenient access to public transport. What's more, the popular Guanqian Street is directly opposite the hotel! Exceptional Housekeeping: A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff! They were incredibly considerate; knowing I wanted to dry clothes in the room, they even made sure to adjust the air conditioning temperature during cleaning. This attention to detail was absolutely fantastic! 👍
