Pet friendly Hotels Suzhou

The hotel was located at the lake with an amazing view. The rooms was really nice and super clean and the mattress was really comfortable to sleep very well. The facility of the hotel was nice and very stylish, all in white and modern. The hotel was really lovely. The only thing that is really not good organised, there is no food except breakfast and afternoon tea (in that case fruits). We needed to order from a delivery service (only Chinese food available and it's was not really good). A hotel located at that wonderful place with that high price should have basic foods at the restaurant.

I had a very good time in Kempinski :))) Although I was there to only Study for my important exam away from my family for 2nights, all the staffs were kindly and eager to help what I needed. Also, the request I made before checking in was all reflected!! I experienced Muchen Spa the last day and MSC massage was really goooood :))) Also the food in the executive lounge was good enough as a dinner :) I would like to come back again with my family.Thank you guys for the wonderful memory.

Very considerate hotel. I called one day in advance to inquire. We arrived at 10 pm. It was very cold by the lake, but when we entered the room, we found that the air conditioner was already turned on. The swimming pool is not open in winter, which is a pity. I will come again next summer.

As soon as I entered the room, the feeling of comfort came over me, and every detail was thoughtful. The hotel's housekeeper was even more enthusiastic. Whether it was small needs in life or travel suggestions, they were all arranged clearly and the service was super thoughtful. The surrounding environment of the hotel is unique. Taking advantage of my free time, I also climbed Yuyang Mountain for free. I hiked all the way, breathing fresh air, and admiring the beautiful scenery along the way. My body and mind were greatly relaxed. Breakfast was not a buffet. I was a little confused at first, but when it was served, I was directly amazed! Chinese and Western food are available, and the richness is far beyond imagination. Moreover, the presentation of each dish is as exquisite as a work of art. It feels like it was tailor-made for me. This experience is directly maximized! Next time I have a travel plan, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

The place is really lovely. It is located within a bamboo forest and is a reasonable distance from a hiking path. The front desk, Xiao Ling, was very helpful and caring. The place is very good for escaping from the city, only 20 minutes drive from the old town. It is silent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The exterior and some facilities at the hot spring are a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The hot spring after the full day of hiking was fun and relaxing. I will go again for a relaxing weekend!

Everything went great! The public part of the hotel is an incredible, authentic interior and architecture of a traditional Chinese house. The interior of the rooms is more modern, but stylistically, it is also designed in a traditional style. The room is clean and everything worked perfectly. The air conditioner is very quiet (you can't hear it!!!) and cooled the room perfectly. There is a wonderful, cool pool in the courtyard, not deep, suitable for children. At our request, they prepared breakfasts and helped with a taxi on the day of departure. The hotel manager is a very nice and helpful girl. In general, we were satisfied. Everything is 5 stars!!! P.S. There were no other guests at the hotel during our stay, that is, we spent three days in this incredible place absolutely alone, this is probably what made our vacation

Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. Lots of things to do in the area. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and very helpful. Everyday we got fresh fruits. We will come back.

從北京來蘇州正好趕上連續高温，遊玩最多衹能忍受半天，但是這家木瀆古鎮上的旅店卻給我們一家留下了非常美好的印象。 首先説老闆熱情厚道又大方，喜歡聊天，提前就給我發送了各種訊息。我們到的當天，老闆特地提前打開空調，還騎着電動車到地鐵口去接我們。知道天熱而我們住的天數多，還貼心準備了足夠多的衣架，提供洗衣房給我們用。旅店對面的餐館也是同一個老闆經營的，餐飲安排得很周到。大廚得知我們是北方人，還會特別照顧我們較重的口味。最令我們感動是，最後一天本來因為天熱客人少，一些原料餐廳沒有準備，結果我們就隨口問了一下有沒有響油鱔糊，老闆居然冒着高温特地跑到市場上去買了現殺的鱔魚，專門為我們做了一個菜。 旅店條件也是相當好的。位置就在古鎮入口，與嚴家花園等幾個景點就一橋之隔。整體上是古鎮流行的中式傳統文人式的設計風格，審美在線的同時便捷舒適的洗浴、網絡、空調等現代設備一樣不少，甚至消防急救包都備齊了。旅店後邊俯瞰着河水，有一個很有格調的院子，可惜這幾天天氣實在太熱，室外實在坐不住，否則也是一個慢生活度日的好地方。 可能因為是天熱人少，旅店裡除了老闆似乎衹有一個阿姨做服務人員，大部分時間一個人也看不見。但是和老闆可以隨時微信溝通，有什麼特別需要或者物品補充都很及時。 有意思的是我們住的那兩天有個劇組租了旅店的房間，在他家門口和餐廳拍戲。看來老闆還是挺有人緣的哈。

A hotel that can be chosen for self-driving tours in Suzhou. It is not far from anywhere by car, but it is not as noisy as staying in a scenic spot. If you like quietness, you can try this hotel. Xiao Guo at the front desk is very nice and helped me solve the problems I encountered. The overall quality of the waiters is very high and they are all relatively young.
