We came to Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake during off-peak hours. The hotel environment is excellent, the lakeside scenery is intoxicating, the restaurant is elegant and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, the quality of Mingyue breakfast needs to be improved. The selection and taste of dishes are not up to the standards of high-end hotels, which is a bit regrettable. The service is particularly outstanding. Special thanks to an enthusiastic and professional guest, Ambassador Yang, who took the initiative to assist in arranging the itinerary, from checking in and taking the boat to arranging dinner, as well as the introduction of the surrounding environment. The meticulous and thoughtful service made us feel warm and added a lot to the overall experience. I hope that the breakfast can be optimized at the same time. The design focuses on nature, local culture and environmental protection. The architectural style is low-key and simple but full of integration with local culture. It is said that it was designed by a disciple of I.M. Pei , in short, very interesting. The building materials are basically made of natural materials. It is low-key and simple but full of vitality. I like the style very much. The details inside the guest rooms are also very user-friendly and environmentally friendly. For example, no single-use plastic products are used, and mineral water is packaged in free-brand glass and paper bottles. This alone is better than many big-name hotels👍 🌟Service: The standard is very high. From the front desk to the restaurant, spa center and guest rooms, all the service staff who come into contact can call the guests by their last names and remember their preferences. Many service details are particularly heart-warming. For example, you accidentally mentioned a certain kind of tea that you like to drink in the restaurant the day before. When you rest in the front desk area the next day, a service staff will bring you tea and say this is the tea you liked yesterday. I have experienced quantum medical testing, Chanrou, heat therapy, breathing meditation, Tai Chi, musical instrument healing, and cooking classes. Each experience is very unique and can bring physical and mental changes. The teachers are also very professional, and I feel they are even better than the teachers in some professional places in Shanghai. This hotel is very nice as it is located close to the Suzhou office parks. It has a nice view of the central courtyard in the back. The breakfast is good as they have a perfect mix of Chinese and western options like eggs and bacon, and they have forks and knives. There is an outdoor plaza mall with a lot of good restaurants right across the street. There is a KFC and Starbucks there if you need it. Usually at least one person can speak English at the front desk and they are very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and they give you 4 bottles of water every day. I would recommend this place.

The food is really farmhouse style, with Disney prices. Even if it is an exclusive business, it is not possible to cut off customers like this. No wonder this hotel is so deserted and has few repeat customers. The dinner set provided is also very perfunctory. The pickled fish on the first night was only five or six thin slices... This really drives customers away! I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the catering aspect
