Hotels in Guanqian Street/Pingjiang Street, Suzhou

its a very big room with awesome amenities. we have a sitting area with a tea set and a big television with many shows to watch. the shower and toilet area is separated nicely with complete amenities. the service given was great and we can really feel that they made us feel like we are at home. overall, a marvellous hotel and we will definitely book this hotel again when we visit suzhou!

Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

this has to be my longest review on Trip as this hotel & the entire vibes is really good for our 3 nights!! super comfy room, clean, toilet is really nice & clean too. it has a laundry room w a dryer as well. there was construction right outside the hotel, but its usually during the time when we were out of our room so it didn’t really matter to us. also, the location is superb, right next to a shopping/food street & near to the metro so its easily accessible. special mention to the staff of the hotel, they were super friendly & helpful!! the stay was enjoyable mostly thanks to them 😆 i think it was the owner (?) who was really enthusiastic in welcoming us & one of the 小哥哥 even helped us with the luggages 😆 also, the 小姐姐 answered our questions & gave recommendations for what’s to eat around. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

I had a very good stay at Anshe Hotel in Suzhou. The hotel is new, built just last year so everything is modern and clean. My room was very nice and super clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They even recommended good food places nearby. I also liked the face recognition lock, it was very convenient because I didn’t need to carry a keycard. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff and hotel management for the wonderful stay at Citadines Suzhou. This service apartment is conveniently located at YuJiaBang subway station and it’s about 3-4 stops away from the GuanQian Shopping street and other famous gardens. My family and I especially love the HeMa supermarket right beside the apartment and other eateries too

Excellent location, about 20min walk to Pingjiang Street and Humble Administrator's Garden, perfect for attending the night tour at the garden (6pm onwards, approx an hour). Also directly opposite a street full of eateries. Front desk were helpful and friendly, and able to help with booking of day tours for solo travellers. Also patiently answered all my questions about the wheres and whats during my arrival, making my trip in Suzhou so much better. Room was comfortable and clean with ample hot water for showering. Spacious for one, but might be a little cramped for two.

Perfect location, near pedestrian street. Restaurants, food street, stores, shoppings malls around hotel. Good bed and clean room.

I had a pleasant stay at Zizi Hotel Zhangyuan Mansion (Shuozhengyuan Branch) near Guanqian Street in Suzhou. The staff were very nice and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and shops. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The service was super good! 💯👍🏻don’t worry about bringing big luggages even they don’t have elevator. the staff will immediately carry your luggages without u even asking them. They also help us to book a car to shanghai. About the room, i suggest you to try their biggest room! so spacious, the interior is absolutely stunning with the balcon area which has LED screen. My family and i will definitely come back if we travel again to suzhou!😆❤️
