Hotels in Guanqian Street/Pingjiang Street, Suzhou

Came to stay with a group of friends while children. Service is excellent, staff are friendly and well trained. We wanted to gather and have some drinks at the lobby area after hours, but not to disturb other guests, they politely ushered us to the dining area and even helped us with our staff and made sure we were comfortable. I am not just impressed with the design, cleanliness of the hotel, but am also extremely pleased with the service from all level of staffs, be it front desk, the room service staff or even those at breakfast. They are very polite and well trained. I will definitely come back again to stay and will stay with this hotel if they have any other branches in other cities across China ❤️ 服务态度太棒了，肯定回来住安度酒店如果来苏州❤️

Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Shilu Shantang Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the free laundry service provided, which added great convenience. The overall environment of the hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. While there were moments when the wait for the elevator was a bit longer than expected, it did not affect my enjoyment of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and cozy atmosphere. 我在苏州石路山塘街美居酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店的工作人员非常友好热情，总是面带微笑，随时准备提供帮助。让我印象深刻的是酒店还提供免费的洗衣服务，非常方便。 整体环境干净、现代又舒适，是一天外出后放松身心的好地方。虽然有时候等电梯的时间稍微长了一点，但并没有影响我在这里的入住心情。 总体来说，我非常推荐这家酒店，无论是出色的服务、贴心的设施还是舒适的氛围都让人满意。如果有机会，我一定会再次入住。

As always the Mercure hotel is such a wonderful hotel to stay at. I have visited the hotel a few times and I always have a wonderful stay. Staff are so friendly. The breakfast is great and much enjoyable. Rooms are warm and the lighting is great when it is time to get ready.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff and hotel management for the wonderful stay at Citadines Suzhou. This service apartment is conveniently located at YuJiaBang subway station and it’s about 3-4 stops away from the GuanQian Shopping street and other famous gardens. My family and I especially love the HeMa supermarket right beside the apartment and other eateries too

This was the best stay so far I had in China. The room was nicely decorated in a modern oriental style, very new, spacious and clean with good lighting. Hairdryer, washing amenities is included as well. The bed is very comfortable and clean. Aircon is also functioning well. There is an elevator to your room upstairs. The hotel itself is located in a walking street, very convenient to get food and local buys. Yet, it is not noisy at all at night. It is around a 5-7mins walk to the metro station. The highlight is the boss and front desk who have showed me so much kindness the past few days. They recommended me where to go and helped me with my luggage. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff, make us feel at home, located in the center of （观前街）walking street. Breakfast has good selections. Supper clean, We are very happy with our choice of this hotel.

The hotel is strategically located near Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, Shizilin etc. Lindu Lu metro station is just opposite the hotel, providing easy access to Suzhou’s attractions. The rooms are clean, all equipped with smart controls and a 100-inch projector. The prime location and the exceptional service definitely make ANSHE hotel a top choice for travelers.

very good experience !! staff there was super helpful and friendly, which made this experience even more enjoyable. room abit small for 3 luggage but it was acceptable. cleanliness was acceptable too. it’s about a 10mins walk from train station. room have a high tech AI (xiao du) that my friend and i enjoyed using. room have hair dryer and there’s microwave and laundry room at level 1 too! there’s lift to access to the rooms which is really convenient for our big luggage 😄 hotel also helps us to receive our taobao parcels too! enjoyed our time in suzhou!
