Hotels in New Urban District/ Hanshan Temple, Suzhou

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel from the time we check in until we check out. Liu Baiyi provided excellent service throughout our stay. She took good care of us. She also helped us to find good restaurant, massage etc. She also provided free upgrade to us. Location was a bit far from city centre and main attractions. However, there is shopping mall next to it which is a plus point. Breakfast was good as well. However, please take note they start clearing on the dot when it is 10’o clock. So better to go earlier for breakfast.

Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

There are many delicious foods and attractions nearby. It is very close to Hanshan Temple and Xiyuan Temple. The environment is very good. The room is spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. The facilities inside are very smart. I will stay here again when I come to Suzhou in the future

I came to Suzhou on a business trip and chose this hotel. Seeing that it opened in 2015, I was worried that the room facilities were old, but when I arrived, I found that the room was still very good, the facilities and equipment were still durable, the room was spacious and bright, and the sanitation was also very clean, which added a lot of satisfaction to this stay. The check-in at the front desk was also very fast, without any delay. The whole process was very smooth, and the staff were also very warm and welcoming. The hotel is also close to Hanshan Temple. It is very pleasant to go for a walk after the business trip. Today's rain has a more misty Jiangnan flavor. Overall, it is great and recommended!

Metro station is right in front of the hotel which can take you to practically any place in Suzhou. The walkway in the metro also take you to the shopping mall across the street safely, which makes shopping and dinning convenient. The room is big and nicely decorated. Service staff is friendly and helpful to make the stay comfortable. We will stay here again if we're back in Suzhou.

This stay was very satisfying! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and slept well. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, the surroundings are quiet but the transportation is convenient. The price-performance ratio is super high, and I will choose here next time!

Highly recommend choosing a room with a view! Outside the window is facing Hanshan Temple and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. During the day, you can see the moths of the ancient temple. In the evening, the canal will be on the boat and the lights will reflect the water, like a dynamic ink painting. Especially on rainy days, the Hanshan Temple in the misty rain has the artistic conception of ”the bell to the passenger ship in the middle of the night”. This perspective is difficult to find a second one in Suzhou, it is definitely worth experiencing!

The room is very clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the service is warm and thoughtful, the location is excellent, the travel is convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet and beautiful, there is no noise at night to sleep quietly! Very satisfied, the little sister at the front desk is very good!

Just beside Hanshan Temple, the room is very large, there is a removable projector, the mattress is soft and hard to sleep very comfortably, the bath is comfortable and the health is good, the overall is very good, you can drink coffee downstairs, the taste is authentic, the proprietress is very good at craftsmanship, the soaked water is also very moist, the Samsung people are very close, The boss will also push delicious and fun, the homestay is here in the scenic spot, it is convenient to go anywhere, it is a humane place, recommended

Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.
