Good location with a metro station next door and many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. The rooms are of very good size. Booking a Club room with a small extra cost allows you to have a room on the higher floor and access to the executive lounge. Checkout time is 12pm but the hotel was happy to give me another extra 2 hours. There are a very limited number if rooms with (partial) a lake view.

The location is close to Jinji Lake, Yuanrong Square and Suzhou Contemporary Art Museum. You can see Jinji Lake and Ferris Wheel from the guest room. It is convenient to travel by car, and there are parking and charging stations. The overall environment is very good, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are very new and clean. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, just above the lobby. You can see Jinji Lake. Although it is facing the street, it is relatively quiet at night. The swimming pool environment is good, the water is very clean, and it is very comfortable to swim. Arrived at noon, the service staff called one day in advance to confirm the arrival time, helped to pack up and leave the room early, and checked in without waiting. Scott's service is also very thoughtful~

The hotel is in a great location overlooking one of the two big lakes and within a kilometer of a subway station. The lobby is on the 25th floor. The rooms are big and ours was overlooking the lake. The breakfast is amazing and you can use the gym, pool and sauna. When coming to Suzhou, be sure to check this place!

The room is spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The night view outside the window is beautiful, and you can also see the Oriental Gate. The room is fully equipped and convenient for travel. The room card can only be used on your own floor to ensure safety. It is very quiet, and friends can drink tea and chat. There are also many places to eat around. It takes a few minutes to get to Jinji Lake Commercial Plaza. The boss will answer any questions you have. I will choose again next time.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to Jinji Lake, with charming night views, and close to Eslite Life, making it very convenient to buy souvenirs. The hotel has a complete range of amenities (Le labo) and a rich and varied breakfast, which is highly recommended. The hotel also upgraded the family room. The room is very large and small snacks are given upon check-in. Thank you. The environment on the first floor is also very good. You need to swipe the room card to enter the elevator, which is very safe. I ordered takeout at night and it was delivered to the room by a robot. What needs to be improved: the room is not soundproofed. I can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly. In addition, some of the plugs in the room are broken and cannot be charged. I don’t know if it’s because the hotel is relatively new. I can smell a strong smell when I enter the room. The room can be sprayed with aromatherapy or something like that.

Came here for Guangliang's concert. The hotel is a little way from the stadium, not very close. The hotel is surrounded by a circle of high-rise buildings under construction. There is no noise at night and it doesn't affect sleeping. There is a business district nearby, which takes more than 10 minutes to ride. There are many restaurants and no shortage of food and drinks.
