Opposite the hotel is Jinji Lake, the environment is very beautiful, the room is very large, I stayed for three nights and slept very sweetly, the breakfast is first-class, the hotel is next to the subway station, it is very convenient, the waiter Scott is very attentive, the room was upgraded to a lake view, and knowing that we had a flight in the afternoon, he carefully delayed the check-out, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Suzhou 👍👍🫰

Convenient for the work I do at the Dulwich schools nearby. Not any English spoken but we get by fine with some translation apps and good nature. I'm not a fan of showing on the door that I don't want my room cleaned for sustainability reasons and it being cleaned anyway so I had to give a reminder on this. It is a friendly place, decent breakfast and comfortable rooms :)

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

I loved this hotel. There is parking nearby but they’re very strict about not allowing cars to pull up to the entrance - even for pick up and drop off. This meant that we got soaked in the rain. But the room was lovely. I took a basic room but still got a good view. I visited my friends family room as well and can say the same for it.

The hotel is located on the bank of Jinjihu lake. At night the area around it is very lively with lots of restaurants from Chinese, Japanese, western to Indian food. So you won't go hungry there. You can also take a ferry ride around the lake or to go to the other side where there is one of the biggest mall in Suzhou. At the same time if you are an avid jogger/runner, you may go encircle the lake by foot. I checked there are plenty of things to see and do just around the lake. The hotel is new, clean and we stayed in premium family room which is very spacious. It fits a king bed and a large-single bed plus sofa area where I did my yoga exercise (they provide yoga mat too). My mom is going there again this May cos she loved it there.

The hotel is newly opened, the room facilities are very complete and very convenient. Especially their bathroom sound insulation effect is particularly good, singing there is the same as opening a concert, like singing can try their bathroom, and the best service will be sent to the door after washing clothes, very intimate ❤️

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.

The hotel has been open for a while, and although the hardware facilities are a bit outdated, the software services are really good! The view and landscape were great. The fruits delivered were also very fresh and sweet. The breakfast also satisfied the taste buds as always. When checking out, the guy surnamed Yao at the front desk politely and friendly asked about my stay. He also gave me a New Year notebook gift box specially arranged by Manager Geng with blessings from the hotel management. I was flattered. It was both practical and meaningful. , it feels very, very good. It makes me firmly believe that Guanyuan Liusu is my best choice, and I hope the hotel will get better and better!
