A very unforgettable healing journey! The thermal SPA, singing bowl therapy and time wave projects are all very unique, giving us a refreshing experience of body and mind that we have never had before. The local environment is also very unique, whether it is the surrounding ecology or the integration of architecture and nature, it is amazing. After the three-day and two-night experience, I was deeply moved by Yinyu's eight major living habits, and gained a strong sense of happiness from Yinyu's physical and mental health projects and humanistic care culture~

I stayed at the InterContinental Suzhou. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of Jinji Lake. As an 'introvert' (i-person), I chose to simply wait for the sunset from my room, and to my surprise, I even captured my own 'La La Land' moment in Suzhou – it felt incredibly lucky! The InterContinental mooncakes were also exceptionally delicious; I even bought some before I left! From sunset to twilight, every moment was breathtakingly beautiful. The orange hue of the lake bathed in the sunset, the tranquility of the 'blue hour', and the dazzling nightscape once the city lights came on – this moment truly allowed me to let go of many worries and reclaim my inner peace.😌 You can also head downstairs for a leisurely walk by the lake, or explore Moonlight Dock. In the morning, continue to enjoy the lake views, then after breakfast, head straight to the gym (can't miss a workout!). In the afternoon, indulge in some afternoon tea. And a special shout-out to Ms. Joy at the Executive Lounge for her incredibly warm and enthusiastic service! Looking forward to my next visit to Suzhou. It was a perfect moment for self-care and relaxation.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the service were absolutely outstanding. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful housekeeping; it felt like our room was meticulously tidied and refreshed every time we returned, whether after breakfast or before turning in for the night. Due to time constraints, we only managed to visit the swimming pool. The water was remarkably clean, and the shower facilities were comparable to those found in a high-end spa or wellness center. The absolute highlight was the buffet breakfast. It featured a vast array of delicious options, accompanied by incredibly attentive service – you could even request coffee to go! Overall, the ambiance was wonderfully comfortable and cozy, and the facilities truly felt premium.

I always stay at the Grand Hyatt whenever I visit Suzhou, but this time, the experience was quite disappointing. I felt compelled to write a review. **Service:** Due to my late check-in the previous day (past 11 PM), I had confirmed with the hotel in advance and at the front desk that I could extend my check-out until 2 PM. However, at 12:30 PM, I received a call to my room, informing me that my complimentary extension was only for 30 minutes and that I needed to pack up and check out *immediately*. Even after I explained our prior arrangement, they rigidly insisted I must be at the front desk to check out by 2 PM. This kind of situation has never occurred before, and it was quite frustrating. **Check-in Experience:** On the day of check-in, even though it was already past 11 PM, the front desk attendant was quite friendly. However, for some reason, she could only locate my booking for a single night, which led to a long and tiring back-and-forth. I had booked a Jinji Lake View room, but the room assigned (number 10) was almost at the very end of the lake-facing side, offering a minimal view of the lake. It was nearly midnight, and I was too exhausted to request a room change. Adding to this, I noticed the attendant at the next counter proactively offering a room upgrade to another guest, while I was still stuck trying to sort out my booking – a stark contrast. **A Special Compliment:** I must give a special shout-out to the cleaning lady on our floor. She always greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, and after noticing us taking bottled water when we left the room, she proactively placed two extra bottles in our room. That was a very thoughtful and excellent gesture.

An absolutely wonderful hotel with modern facilities and superb service. What was particularly heartwarming was that Butler Scott proactively contacted us even before check-in, offering comprehensive information on local transportation, dining, and attractions around the hotel. Upon checking in, we were also treated to a complimentary Suzhou-style noodle lunch and afternoon tea. The hotel boasts an excellent location. From our window, we had panoramic views of Jinji Lake, the Ferris Wheel, the yacht marina, and even the iconic 'Big Trousers' skyscraper. The subway station entrance is just a stone's throw away, a mere two-minute walk, and it's only three subway stops, less than 8 minutes, to Suzhou Industrial Park High-Speed Rail Station. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Suzhou in the future.

Our five days Stay(Our original stay was for one night only 26th April and were searching for other hotels when the counter staff upgraded our room to suite level much to our delight and we extended our stay for another four nights to 1 st May)to at Suisse Apartment was indeed marvellous and comfortable with the excellent service provided by the counter staff who provided help and assistance in every manner to assist us.They even gave us extra mineral drinks and two hand fans for the memory of our stay.

Absolutely Stunning Cloud-Hotel Experience! Perched on the 115th floor, the Niccolo offers breathtaking panoramic views of Jinji Lake and the iconic ”Gate to the East.” The rooms are the epitome of modern luxury – sleek design, top-notch amenities, and incredibly comfortable beds. The infinity pool and dining venues are spectacular. Service is impeccable; the staff Dorothy anticipates your needs with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether for business or a special getaway, this hotel delivers an unforgettable level of sophistication and style. Worth every penny for the unique sky-high experience. Highly recommended!

An experience to remember. The location of this hotel cannot be more perfect, we got lucky to be upgraded to a room with a beautiful full view of the Jinji Lake. This hotel has made our trip extra special, I will not forget the sense of peace I experienced sipping a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the stunning view. Eslite bookstore and Moonlight Pier are both fantastic locations to explore while staying at the hotel. The breakfast selection is so abundant, it’s so good that I would visit just for breakfast next time. Thank you to all staff for making the experience special.

Located in the heart of the industrial park, Hilton offers an unparalleled experience of tranquility yet convenience for anyone who wants to visit Suzhou. The amenities and service are amazing as its reputation and I had a great time relaxing while staying here for vacation. The staff was kind to upgrade our rooms such that it’s adjacent to each other and readily agreed to extend my checkout time to accommodate my train timings. While it might be a distance away from the popular tourist attraction, cabs are easy to find and cheap to travel in to destinations like the Lion’s Grove or the Tongli ancient town. The only downside to my stay was that I was not able to see the Jinji lake from my room. The breakfast was quite a spread with many different cuisine at great quality and would highly recommend you to book a room with breakfast as there are not many food options nearby. Family Matt opposite the hotel will serve all your urgent needs. Overall, I had a great stay and will highly recommend this place to business/ families who are good with taking cabs to tourist destinations.

The environment is excellent, offers great value, and the scenery is lovely. Cleanliness was generally good, though the duvet cover felt a little itchy; it could definitely be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. The butler service was spot-on, with prompt communication and genuine care for every guest. It's a great place, and I would definitely stay here again.
