The hotel is new and its design is modern with great smell. Staffs were friendly and offered assistance all the time even some of them couldn't speak English, really appreciate it. Room was so clean, bed and pillows are soft and support sleeping very well. Breakfast were assortment of foods and delicious. I personally loved hotel environment with peaceful and calm vibe. Facilities were hygiene, especially swimming pool. The closest metro is about 300-500 m. far which is not an issue for me.

We changed our schedule temporarily and stayed here. We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was clean and hygienic. It was located right on the Moonlight Pier, so we could see the night view of Jinji Lake at night. It happened to be our child's birthday. When we came back from playing at night and entered the house, we found a surprise cake prepared by the hotel. It was a great surprise. The service was also very thoughtful. As a result, we basically changed our schedule to Atour Hotel afterwards, but this one is still the best and most satisfactory.

Staying at Suzhou Jinji Lake Wanfeng Hotel, I found a treasure hotel for me who often come to Suzhou for business trips. 1. Location: Located on the bank of Jinji Lake in Suzhou, it is considered the core area of Suzhou. Nearby Jinji Lake, Suzhou Eye, Moonlight Pier, and Oriental Gate attractions are very close. 2. Transportation: It is very convenient to travel 100 meters from the subway entrance, and you can directly reach the East Gate and the urban area. 3. Room: The area is really large, there are thirty or forty square meters, the more amazing is the floor-to-ceiling windows, the lighting is good, the high-rise rooms overlook the Suzhou Park at a high altitude. 4. Hygiene: The facilities of the newly opened hotel are quite new, and the sanitary details are also affordable. It should be a high requirement. 5. Service: The little girl who checked in at the front desk was very efficient and very enthusiastic, and she could respond in time to send something during the stay. 6. Breakfast: The variety is quite rich, freshly squeezed juice is carefully made, it is freshly made, the breakfast room is on the 24th floor, the floor-to-ceiling window environment, and the dining mood is also comfortable. After a full day of sorting out, I got up early to wash the shirt in the all-in-one machine. The gym worked for half an hour. After breakfast, the subway arrived at the office in 15 minutes, which was smooth and smooth. The only downside is that the elevator has no floor display, and overall it is a great stay experience!

Excellent value for the price. We had a suite which was big and clean. The staff was friendly and offered me an extra breakfast voucher for my son. Although we didn’t try them, there were a couple good looking Korean restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Times Square and a 7-minute walk from my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

I loved this hotel. There is parking nearby but they’re very strict about not allowing cars to pull up to the entrance - even for pick up and drop off. This meant that we got soaked in the rain. But the room was lovely. I took a basic room but still got a good view. I visited my friends family room as well and can say the same for it.

Came here for Guangliang's concert. The hotel is a little way from the stadium, not very close. The hotel is surrounded by a circle of high-rise buildings under construction. There is no noise at night and it doesn't affect sleeping. There is a business district nearby, which takes more than 10 minutes to ride. There are many restaurants and no shortage of food and drinks.

I always stay at ATour hotels when visiting smaller cities in China. They are always up to standard. The location of this hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was satisfactory. My whole stay was wonderful.

This room may have been a household in the past, and there was a naughty child. If the room price is 1000+, none of the furniture hardware is worth the price. The sanitation is only superficial. In addition to the old dust under the bed, there are also disposable slippers, lip balm, and other sundries that are too lazy to identify. The kitten rolled down and was dragged out as a dirt egg, which was a bit funny! The washing machine is easy to use, but there is a smell...

The breakfast is rich, with more choices of food, a combination of Chinese and Western styles but limited variety, and the bread wontons are delicious. The front desk service is enthusiastic. Overall, it is a recommended accommodation choice.
