This is my first time staying at Atour, and overall I am quite satisfied. The room is fully equipped and the small refrigerator is full of things. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The environment outside the window is beautiful and you can see the large lawn. My wife and I are very satisfied. come back next time!

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

Additionally, its proximity to the Cultural Expo Center metro station makes it an excellent choice for travelers. During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk staff, particularly Cathy. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and my questions were addressed with care. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern design that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s wide range of facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and the on-site dining options, such as the Gourmet Bar and the Chinese and Western restaurants. Overall, my experience at Novotel Suzhou SIP was exceptional. The combination of its prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Suzhou, whether for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

Love our stay! Room with beautiful view, very clean, spacious. Breakfast was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the robot helper was very cute and very helpful as well.

I booked a king-size bed for less than 300 yuan, and then when I arrived at the store, the two people at the front desk said they didn't know if the room was cleaned. Then the girl who checked me in asked another man to go upstairs to check because she couldn't contact the people on the floor. The man was extremely reluctant, so I stood there awkwardly. Later, the girl said that I had upgraded to a superior king-size bed room, which is as shown in the picture. I'm not sure what the difference is from the king-size bed experience I stayed in last time, except for a sofa. Then the room facilities are what you see, and the bedding is still uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The funniest thing is that after taking a shower and preparing to go to bed at night, I went to close the window, but found that the window was broken and couldn't be closed at all. The sound insulation is also very poor, and the outside sounds can be heard clearly, including the sound of the staff's trailer outside early in the morning, and the sound of music playing in the corridor early in the morning. I was speechless.

We went to Suzhou to watch the Chicago show and booked a room at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bed soft and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was not too far from the Arts and Cultural Centre and it took us about 15 minutes to walk to the theatre. Breakfast was not too great and didn’t offer many options, so I wouldn’t book a room with breakfast included again. There are enough restaurants around the lake area to choose from. I will book a room at the hotel again.
