The room was spacious, and the tatami was wonderful. It was perfect for sipping tea while sitting on the tatami and looking out the window at Pingjiang Road. The view was stunning. The front desk staff was very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, just a few dozen meters downstairs from Pingjiang Road, making it very convenient. There are many attractions nearby, including the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and the China Kunqu Opera Museum, all within easy walking distance. Downstairs is a street offering convenient shopping and dining options, with cheongsam-style shops and traditional Suzhou cuisine everywhere. In short, the location is perfect for everything! After staying one night, we promptly decided to extend our stay for another. The hotel is conveniently located on the second floor, directly on Pingjiang Road. Despite being a street-facing room, the double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation – we didn't hear any street noise at all. It's a beautifully designed hotel, converted from an old building, boasting a charming vintage aesthetic with natural wood and white walls. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet, while Roca (not Toto), was perfectly adequate. The central AC operates independently from the room's main power, and it was already running and cooling the room when we arrived, which was a huge plus! There's also a communal self-service washing machine. They have a gym, but it was closed during our visit. With around 20 rooms in total, a few offer lake views. It's super convenient for getting anywhere, and the subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The absolute highlight of this B&B is their incredibly lazy and affectionate cow cat, who seems to just lounge in its favorite spot all day long. We stayed on the first floor, which features a private courtyard of approximately 10-15 square meters. It's beautifully planted with banana trees and roses, making it an ideal spot for conversations, enjoying the gentle breeze, listening to the rain, or stargazing. Apparently, the entire place was recently renovated and redecorated last year, which gives it a very fresh and new feel. While the walls might appear a bit stark due to their whiteness, the room itself is decorated very warmly and invitingly. All the furniture is solid wood, and the bedding was so exceptionally comfortable that I was seriously tempted to ask the owner where they purchased it, haha!

The staffs at front desk are all very nice and helpful, they always try their best to help the guests and provided fantastic services beyond their responsibilities. There is a tall girl at front desk also helped us to take our luggages up and down stairs. We are very appreciated of their services

From check-in to answering all my questions, he consistently maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor, patiently and thoroughly addressing every one of my needs. He even proactively offered thoughtful suggestions, which made me feel genuinely welcome and right at home, significantly elevating my entire experience. His efficiency and heartfelt service were truly impressive. He absolutely deserves a perfect rating!

Decided to stay in Suzhou solely because of Kongkong & it's the best choice ever. The inn entrance is inside the alley on the 2nd lvl. The only con is that need to climb stairs thus may not be suitable for travellers with huge luggages or elderly. Other than that, everything are fabulous. Didn't get to meet the owner as our timing doesn't match. But added him on WeChat & it was easy to communicate (in Chinese) for the check in & check out. The room give out a lux vibe & even the toilet is automated. Can tell that the owner put in alot of efforts into the small little details to make the stay v comfty. Kongkong decided to join us in the room & choose to sleep with us. Super friendly but hyper. Will keep scratching the door asking to come in. Highly recommend & will definitely book again if coming back to Suzhou.

I'm not a big reviewer, but this hotel deserves a mention. The service was truly excellent. It's a newly opened hotel, and I was here on a business trip to meet with clients. They have a special coffee, which I really enjoyed. The quiet environment, with its small garden and birds, gave me that secluded feeling of being in a city. The conversation flowed smoothly and effortlessly. When the front desk called me, they said they were worried about finding a seat. They took a taxi from the station and the butler service picked me up, which made a positive impression. They even asked me in advance for my preferred custom scent, which was a nice touch. The environment was also great, and I slept soundly—a rare, restful night's sleep. The noodles for breakfast were also quite good. I'll be back next time.

Was given a smoking room(Orange blanket in the photo)at first even we booked the non-smoking room. We requested to change another room and the staff is so friendly to help on our request. Do check the room before go in, we cannot withstand the smell of the smoking room, even they cleaned it for the next guest. The non-smoking room is much more cleaner and bigger than the smoking room. The hotel is close the Pingjiang Road, 1km away from the hotel.

I am very happy with the stay the staffs are super helpful and allow us to check in early. Hotel room is very clean & modern. The plus point is the location. It is only one station away from suzhou railway station and travelling to places of interest is very near too. We only commute via metro as the hotel is only 5 min to the metro. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both taxis and the subway. It's situated right across the road from Suzhou Railway Station, and the subway entrance is directly in front of the station, just a 3-minute walk away. The room features a one-bedroom and one-living room layout, making it very large and spacious. The room was exceptionally clean, and being on the 22nd floor, it offered a fantastic view. The mattress and bedding were spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom also has a modern dry/wet separation design. Although standard check-in is after 2 PM, we were able to check in early at 12 PM because we arrived ahead of schedule. They also kindly granted us a late check-out until 3 PM. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
