Location is brilliant. We can get to Suzhou centre just from inside the hotel. Apartment rooms are great for families. Food is amazing, staff there very helpful and friendly. We always do our staycation there.

The hotel is easy to find, the rooms were cozy, the food options for both breakfast and dinner were amazing! The lobby and roof bars made the stay even more enjoyable!

I had a very pleasant stay at W hotel! The service from beginning till the end was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. Very nice gym with amazing views and lovely pool! I also love the location as it’s just by jingji lake, 5-10 min walk from the fountain light show which is everyday in the evening! At the check in I received little gift which is two vouchers for drinks in their bar. Although surprising very quiet bar consider it was Saturday evening but free drinks so no complain 😁 Also, most of the stuff spoke English which is great. Breakfast was ok. It’s a buffet. I would say not many western options however Chinese varieties makes up for it! Overall very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again :)

Good location and easily accessible by metro. Children enjoyed the pool access. Buffet dinner was great value for money with food and drinks included.

The service was amazing and the location is great as well! The cleanliness of the rooms however is poor. The bathtub was very dirty and it was apparent that the toilet was not clean. While there was a lot of options for food, the food was not good. The breakfast was bland and several of the in dining service was really bad. It’s unfortunate since other locations of this hotel is great.

Very good place, great location to anywhere, 2 bed rooms and living room was good enough for big family!

I had a great stay at W Suzhou! The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and easy thanks to the efficient front desk team. I really liked the location — it was perfect for what I needed to do in Suzhou. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a fun and unique design. My friends and I also tried the hotel’s buffet lunch and really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. This was my first time staying at a W Hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great stay, very central and a lovely mall linked to the hotel. A very modern hotel! Breakfast buffet was very busy however there were many options (western & Asian)

Perfectly located by Suzhou lake and Suzhou shopping mall. The room are spacious, very modern and confortable, I really like the flashy colors. Gym and swimming pool at the 34th floor with stunning view. Only negative point : the breakfast, a lot of choice but very basics (no salmon, no cheese selection) and 20minutes queue to have an omelette!

The location is very convenient. Its right next to the major mall in Suzhou. The front desk service person is very friendly, helpful and professional. It would be perfect if the room interior decor is more simple and understated so weary travelers can rest better.
