The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Jinji lake and the shopping mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and bright. A nice bathtub, welcome fruits. The pool water was warm and clean, without the specific disinfectant smell. However there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush etc provided for the kid, even though we stayed as a family and the receptionist clearly saw a child when we were checking in. I had to go and ask for them myself.

A beautiful hotel with super big rooms that give you the best feel out of money. Hotel is gracious enough to allow late check outs, with high quality amenities, very nice gym and swimming pool. Breakfast is more Chinese style but acceptable and delicious.

This hotel was lovely. I didn't feel so good on my trip so I was able to relax and stay at this hotel and enjoy the amenities. The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I will definitely stay again when in Suzhou.

This trip to Suzhou was perfected by choosing Shangri-La Hotel. When I stepped into the lobby, I could smell the aromatherapy I like. The check-in at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The room was clean and spacious, and the turndown service was excellent! The gym was large and well-equipped! The happy hour menu in the executive lounge was very varied and tasted great!
