The location of hotel is excellent, close to metro line4 (~15mins from Suzhou station 😆) and line8. You could walk through the shopping mall, enter shopping mall gate no.6 and exit gate no.5 the hotel will be in front of you. Staff 花花 was very nice, upgraded room and took care of me during my stay. There were fruits and night meal for complimentary. A great choice for a solo travel woman 💖

But the hotel is built along the lake, and the overall situation is OK. Service: The overall service is good, the waiter will take the initiative to greet, but the parking lot is not very convenient. The security guard at the entrance of the parking lot is sometimes not there, and you need to call the front desk before you can enter, which is a little inconvenient, especially when there are other guests at the entrance of the parking lot. Facilities: The decoration is very new and very good. For a relatively small hotel, there are indeed many breakfast varieties, but the quality needs to be improved. The fried noodles taste a bit plastic, and the taste of the sausage is not particularly good. In addition, the fried rice is a bit cold, and the juice is not replenished in time. The hotel is generally OK, and it is good at this price. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Suzhou, but I hope the lake view room can live up to its name!
