The location is very near the train station. Might night the water heater not functioning. Other still acceptable.

The housekeeping cleaning was good Experience also good here at lordsd plaza surat This first time I come here and we had book room at lords hotel becouse of good hospitality Thanks for make my stay comfortable I will recommend this hotel to everyone

Whenever if i come here in surat i always book my room at lords plaza, because hotel staff were provided excellent service also staff behavior is good Housekeeping cleanliness was up to the mark Everything was perfect

Had a great experience at Lords Plaza Surat City Centre, all thanks especially Housekeeping team for super warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our staying.
